The customer service at the store is horrible. They have a nasty attitude and don’t acknowledge you.They only looks at the customer that are paying or looks like they have money. You never know who may come though your store and who they may know. You should always treat people with respect and kindness no matter who they are. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone to do business with. You asked for help and they walk away or have a nasty attitude.

Poor service, been 2 months since I moved and still getting billing issues as they have created 4 separate accounts with my name. Went to the store multiple times to get this resolved and it never gets resolved

Xfinity Store – Roswell Road
I stopped by this location a few weeks ago to pick up my Wi-Fi equipment. While the representative who helped me didn’t have the clearest communication skills, he was still very helpful and patient. After asking a few questions, he made sure I left with exactly what I needed.
The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long—which was a huge plus. Overall, a positive and easy experience!

This particular store is awesome!! Jason, Victoria, Kash, as well as one other girl all eerydo helpful with some issues I had been having with my WiFi. No only helpful, but each and everyone of them were so nice! Greatly appreciated!!!!!

brandon is the best sales associate for your needs. He cares about the customers and giving you the best deal on anything. Ge was really helpful with good deals and is very attentive when nobody is helping you. He needs a raise because of how good his customer service is i would visit again just for him. Thanks Brandon!!

This location is great for customer service and has always been willing to help and answer any question for me and my friends. I visited the store last Saturday and had the pleasure of working with Estrella Mendoza she was great in helping me upgrade my phone and apple watch not only that the store was very busy and she took the time to help others as needed to be sure everyone was taking care of.
She is a keeper for sure!!!!

I came into the store with connectivity problems inside my home, and was immediately helped. The technician directed me how to obtain a new gateway device, and gave me a free pod today while I was in the store. Super helpful!

After visiting many stores, I think this location is the best Xfinity in Georgia.
Especially, Larry is an exceptional staff we have met. He always explains very clearly and even follows up when we really need.
Can't think of going to other locations anymore👍️
