The company to pick up the load was late for 24 hours for a load and they didn't load me. Afterwards they said they didn't load me because the box was never there. So those 24 hours that I was in their yard weren't there.

Had to wait on them to upload the truck that had my pallet. They should have said it would take an hour.

Truck arrived at 1800 for his appointment according to the broker its a 4 hour load time its now 0938 the next morning and the trailer is not loaded. Stay away from this place if possible.

The lady in the office was a pleasure to work with, but I don't know how that woman in the guard shack got a job. Absolutely no professionalism and just downright rude and evil was her personality!!! I don't ever want to go through that gate again

The worst XPO location I ever been. Workers are so slow. I spent 4 hours to drop off 10 pallets. It feels like , if you are white you are NOT welcome here!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. First issue - I ordered a TV in August with an original delivery date of 9/12. I move mountains to work from home so I can be here for the delivery and the TV doesn't come. I called the Atlanta location and spoke with a rude dispatcher who told me my TV wasn't in the warehouse. I tried to explain to him the order details stated it was and he brushed me off, and said someone would be in touch. I called again a couple of days later and was given the run around again until I demanded to speak to a manager. The manager (only helpful person in this experience) got me a delivery date for the following week. Once again, I move mountains to clear my schedule to be here. The TV comes outside of the window, but at this point I was just grateful to get it. But when I opened the box to remove the TV, I noticed it was cracked and the screen is jumbled. The vendor offered a replacement but I'm afraid your company will deliver (or not deliver) again and it will be another issue. I plan to avoid this company at all costs in the future.

Been on the phone with them for over an hour attempting to locate my order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Now saying the earliest delivery date would be next Friday. Does not answer the phone during the hours listed, the chat does not work, and unable to get in touch with the resolution team.Could order a new fridge that would be delivered next Wednesday.Update: Finally was able to get in contact with someone local after about 2 hours on the phone. Fridge was scheduled to be delivered the next day at 9AM. Truck showed up at 8:30AM and they were done before 9. Conclusion, local business is helpful and easy to work with. Call service is less than helpful.

wish i could give 0 stars. was told my delivery would be delivered a certain date. once that day came, they actually made me schedule a NEW delivery date for it to be a week out. waited that week and then the delivery day arrived, got an email saying package is on the way and should be delivered between 12:30-4:30 that day. never came so i tracked shipping and saw that the truck broke down that morning at 7:30 AM with no one reaching out to me to notify me this happening. I AM STILL WAITING for my delivery as they are telling me it needs to be returned to the hub, rescanned, and for me to reschedule a delivery day. it has now been 3 days since the missed delivery day and i still have not been notified of when to expect my delivery- as they are still waiting for it to return to the hub and be re-scanned. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE AGAIN

They don't deserve even one star. This place is disrespectful. It takes hours to load a trailer. I don't confuse it because it takes so long. They tell you that when the trailer is ready, they call you on the phone and that never happens. If you're not aware of it, you sleep. in the place I have never seen so much delay or could it be that they do not motivate the workers

Try to not Deliver there! Unprofessional and Unorganized! No body Seems like they care ! The Receiving office told me they will call me after I got unloaded and they never did I had to find my trailer on my own! If you have a load locks make sure you keep eyes on them because they have Thieves take your load locks

Worst delivery experience ever, I'd give 0 stars if I could.First, they forgot to put the item on the truck, so it was delayed by a day. When they finally came the next day, they couldn't install because my house has stairs so they said another team would reach out to me.After never hearing back, I had to call and schedule a second delivery for a week later. When the second delivery team came, they still weren't able to install my unit and now I have to call the supplier to start the process over again.

This is the worst company in the world. They destroyed my shipment, then lost it, then told me I didn't include the original invoice on the claim (which I clearly did). Still waiting for a resolution 3 months later. Absolutely criminal.
