My wife and I were searching for a diamond ring for her to exchange during our 50th wedding anniversary celebration. We needed the ring as soon as possible and after looking at other places and not being satisfied with their prices or time frame to get the ring, we walked into Zales. What a blessing. We met Deana Caldwell. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She spent the time and energy to help us find what we needed. On top of that we got the ring sized that day. Deana deserves a medal. We will be recommending all our friends to shop there.

Micheal O. and Deana C. (Manager) were absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Micheal was extremely knowledgeable and patient, walking us through all our options and offering expert advice without any pressure. Deana ensured everything ran smoothly and was warm, professional, and attentive.
Because of their outstanding service, we’ve decided to purchase both my wedding band and my fiancé’s from them. You truly don’t see customer service like this anymore—friendly, genuine, and above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The service was lackluster . I went to look for engagement rings with my friend and the older white lady was dismissive and chose not to service us- advising her colleague to not open any of the displays for my friend and myself. We waited patiently for 15 mins and she instead serviced a couple who just entered the store . Will not be returning.

I like this location. The staff is friendly and professional. The only reason I'm leaving this review is so people can be aware of this specific sales person Mimi. She is an extremely aggressive sales person. You can't go in to look without her making you feel some kind of way. She is extremely pushy. My last two visits there have been soured by her to be honest. While I was still in the store, she was literally gossiping about me to her coworker. That's so unprofessional!! It's as if people are obligated to buy something. If not, she loses interest or has something to say. I was looking around and I saw her give me this sour look. Literally daggers at me. She was talking about how a coworker lost a piece of jewelry in front of me. Which to me shows she didn't take me seriously as a client. Obviously because I didn't buy anything to boost her commission. Last time I was there, I didn't end up going back to the store and this time she actually brought it up!! So unprofessional!! So what if I didn't go back? I don't owe her anything and I'm free to do as I wish without her judgment. It was embarrassing for us and I actually prefer not to go to this location anymore because of MIMI. Just seeing her there makes me feel awkward. I guess she doesn't like when people just look around or buy inexpensive items. Overall unpleasant experience with her.

Exemplary service was provided by Mrs Deana Caldwell. I was at this location, searching for a class type ring for a fireman. Who is my brother. The service that she rendered was above and beyond. No review can say how personal and effective she was at doing her job. She went through the website with me & she also shared other options, not provided by Zales. I was quite surprised by her actions and will definitely return when it’s time to buy my loving wife more diamonds. Thank you very much Mrs. Caldwell and you will definitely see Andre and Edith Stewart again.

Zales at Perimeter Mall offers excellent customer service and great jewelry prices. Anthony and Mimi always make sure I leave there with the most beautiful pieces. I’ve had 3 ring upgrades and was able to take advantage of the Zales diamond trade up option. I now have my dream ring and also upgraded my husband’s ring and got a 4 carat tennis bracelet out of the trade up deal. Go see them!

tried to come in here to look at engagement rings. we walked in and got to the counter, and maybe about a minute later, another older couple came in after us. the sales lady walked up to us but had her eyes on the other couple the entire time. she asked us if we needed any help or if we wanted to try anything. i looked to my boyfriend to answer, since he’d obviously be the one paying eventually. she looked irritated by my slight hesitation. however, my boyfriend very quickly began to answer, saying “we’re trying to find out what exact carat size she is looking for”, but halfway through, the sales lady interrupted him and was like “well if there’s a specific ring you want to try, let me know!” and then immediately walked away, and pulled up a chair to the other couple and immediately began pulling multiple different rings out for that couple to try on. interesting that a young couple asking about engagement rings needs to know an exact, specific ring they want immediately upon arriving, but the older couple didn’t need to know anything and was assisted in figuring that out. i know it’s tough being in a commission-based career, but she clearly assumed the older couple had more money than us, and wanted nothing to do with us. i bet she would’ve been surprised by the amount we were looking to spend, but zales will never know

Alyssa was amazing, she definitely knows what she is doing. I have sent friends and family to her. She helped me picked my wife's ring and a necklace for her. i have been here back to her 3 times now. Will definitely be coming back here as long as she is here.

We’ve spent thousands at this store on engagement rings and wedding bands, but after our last visit, we won’t be returning. When we came in to pick up an order, we were met with Alyssa, easily the most unprofessional, lazy, and disengaged salesperson we’ve ever encountered.
Instead of assisting us with basic courtesy, she repeatedly said, “I can cancel the order, I can cancel it,” showing zero concern for the sale or our experience. That attitude told us everything we needed to know about her. Honestly, we feel sorry for her, with that kind of behavior, it’s hard to imagine her going far in any career, especially one that requires professionalism and people skills.
If I were the owner, I would have let her go on the spot. She’s not just a poor representative of the brand, she’s an active liability. With someone like her on the front line, it’s only a matter of time before more loyal customers walk out the door.
We will also be contacting the regional manager directly. The way we were treated was unacceptable, and we’re committed to making sure this disrespect is addressed at the right level.
