I ran into this Zara to do a return for something delivered yesterday at 1 pm.
They just tried to deny my return for a “stain.” I asked where the stain is given I just received it less than 24 hours before and mind you tags are attached on the outside. there was a small white dot near the neckline that looked like a fabric discoloration and they asked me if i “tried it on.”
If this is their policy, they should not allow trying on in store either.
The employee was laughing at me and I asked for a manager where the manager questioned me again if I tried it on.
Extremely unprofessional and rude.

The place has some good collection of clothes but billing is a nightmare. For some reason, only 1 or 2 people do billing while they empty more stations.

I love this store and I go here often cause they have cute clothes however, I’ve never experienced good customer service service until this past Friday when Karen went above and beyond to assist me with jean/denim styles and sizes. Very impressed lady… Continue to show the rest how it’s supposed to be done!

I swear this particular locations goal is to make their customers experience miserable. Not only is the staff unfriendly and rude, but they have absolutely no sense of urgency. They have one lane open for returns at all times- 5 people could be in front of you or 25- I guarantee you’ll be in there for over an hour. Absolutely miserable experience and very time consuming every single time.

Today I went to pick up an online order. Not to mention, I waited far too long in a so-called “one-person” pickup line, and they never even apologized. When I wanted to return one of the items, I was already at the front of the line, yet I waited another 45 minutes. Eventually, we asked to speak with the manager about the poor service. Instead of addressing the issue, they brought another staff member to help, someone who was so rude he didn’t say a single word, let alone greet us.
The return cashier, who turned out to be the manager herself, held up one costumer’s transaction, allowing that customer to leave the store, browse, and bring back a bunch of additional items while we waited in line for 45 minutes.
Awful management and customer service. This store is going to lose customers.

I came to pick up an online order and decided to return one item while buying another. The lines were ridiculous — only two registers open, and just one handling returns. I wasted 30 minutes of my lunch break waiting. The cashier offered no greeting, no apology, and was outright rude. After reading similar complaints from other customers, I’m shocked Zara has not addressed the clear management problem. I will not be shopping here again.

During my visit to Zara Dunwoody, I was shocked to see a woman using a $100 sequined dress from the rack to amuse her child, who was visibly drooling on it - for several minutes. She seemed to find it adorable, but as a paying customer, I found it incredibly inconsiderate, unsanitary, and disrespectful to both the merchandise and other shoppers! What’s more surprising is that no staff member stepped in or said a word. Zara is a retail store, not a playground. Basic hygiene and respect for store items shouldn’t be optional.
Like many other customers have noted, the purchase and return lines are consistently long regardless of the time of day, the staff aren’t particularly welcoming, and the fitting rooms are poorly maintained - with dirty curtains and blinking lights that have gone unfixed for months.

First time purchasing at this store. I was flabbergasted when the lady asked if I wanted to purchase a bag, I told her no put it in a regular bag. She said they don't give a bag, that's the least they could do the service suck. I waited in line for about 20 minutes 2 cashiers I cashing and the other was doing returns, the store unorganized and the fitting rooms were dirty& dusty.

The women’s fitting room is 30min wait meanwhile the fitting room in any other sections other than women’s were empty but you’re not allowed to use it if you’re women.

Horrible management. Only 1 return line. Signing is horrible only 1 sign stat on returning and shopping only. The sign is almost by the counter so if you in the back of the line you will not be able to know which line you are in. Stated to management about the issue he said not my problem. He need the be fired asap.

Im standing in the return line of about 15 ppl. There's One per helping! The purchase line has 5 ppl standing in it and 3 ppl helping!!!!! Where is the manager!!!???
