Date is 10NOV2024 as of writing this review, I rarely leave negative reviews, however closing up your store 2 hours before your posted closing time is ridiculous. Do not trust this store to be honest to you.

I have a few things to return. Auburn store was damaged and closed so I took it to another Dollar General and they would not take the return. It was not damaged they just said they could not take an Auburn return.I feel that is very unexceptable.

It’s a rare occasion they’re actually open in the evenings. They often close before they’re posted hours. Today was the earliest: 6:30 p.m. It’s happened to me a dozen times, no exaggeration, and it’s taken that many times for me to finally post a review on it.

Staff is unprofessional, not helpful. The cleanliness is grotesque... I would rather go to a flea market. Below standard of living!!!! We pay taxes for this establishment.

Great location, friendly staff and clean. My only issue is that the store is often closed during the posted open hours. This is the 2nd time in one month I've pulled up to an empty parking lot and a handwritten sign stating they closed early. Maybe its a staffing issue...

This is the best Dollar General I was in your store yesterday afternoon and your Assistant Manager was so kind to me and helped get some diapers I needed of the very top shelf. She was very professional with myself as well as her other customers and was so kind and friendly. Kuddos to Carla!!! ??A lot of other Dollar Generals around could learn a lot about customer service from Miss Carla:)
