This is the best Dollar Tree Store #6699 located in Auburn GA around. It is so organized and the Manager, Carter and the staff are so friendly and helpful always. I highly recommend this store!

I really do think Dollar tree needs to change their name because the sign on the building is false advertisement I mean nothing's a dollar it's a $1.25 and up

Don’t come here if you don’t have to. I went earlier today and I was standing in line for almost 5 minutes waiting to check out (I was the only one in line) and no one offered to assist me. Two associates were restocking shelves and kept walking back and forth, not even acknowledging me at all. So I had to ask for help and one of the workers asked for a cashier to check me out. The cashier that came out was a wrinkly face old lady that gave me the most evilest eye!! She was so rude and aggressively put my items in the bag. Her name is Kathleen. I’ll never come here again, and from me reading the reviews on this store, she’s always rude. Dollar tree this doesn’t look good at all on your store!!

The dollar tree use to have nice associates n you could get through the aisles. Now u have rude nasty associates n the aisles are not handicap accessible especially if you are in a wheelchair!!!
On this particular day I took my disabled mother who has to have a wheelchair when she goes out as she can barely stand up and walk with a walker. Because if the aisles being so cluttered she had to use her walker to do her shopping, she barley made it through the store and when we got to check out the line was outrageous as there was only 1 register open. The sales assoc that was stocking the chip aisle had no problem getting a bag of chips down for a one customer and opening a register to ri g her up and another customer who only had a couple of items after I out my mother's basket on the counter and start to unload jt she proceeds to tell me she's closed. I asked her very nicely can u not just ring her up she made it this far and if she has to go abd wait in that other line shes not gonna make it. She starts ringing her up and I thank her but she proceeds to be rude and tells me I don't work for you I work for the dollar tree. O replied well the customers is what allows the company to pay you and without the customers there is no company. I also told her if she would have said something as soon as I got in the line behind the 2 people she chose to take it would have been different instead of waiting till I start unloading the little green basket.
I was as nice as I could be but yet Cathy the cashier kept fussing at me like im some child.
At the end of the transaction she proceeds to yell at my mother over having to check her out sayin she was suppose to be going home and she should have waited (my mother is 78 yrs old and can barley get around) what gave her the right .
After she got done fussing at my mother and we leave the register she goes and pulls more customer from the other line.
So excuse me when does anyone have the right to fuss at a customer or a disabled person especially elderly. Does not look good on the company and I am sure im not the only one that has experienced it

A store clerk Name Cathy was EXTREMELY RUDE TO MY DISABLED GRANDMOTHER she hard of hearing she kept being extremely rude bitching about everything all becuase she had a few items in a basket but she was picking people from the other checkout line that had only ONE LITTERLY ONE ITEM THAT THEY WANTED
And they have a sign that said it's handicap if it was really Handicap they wouldn't have boxes all over every isle some actually tipped over and spilled out all there products onto the floor along with carts full of boxes blocking half of the isle and when you ask if they can move it the only thing they do is complain

Lots of things to choose from & it was clean with the aisle not messy so you could actually take your time to look at merchandise. The best part was the staff especially the wonderful woman who checked us out, she was very pleasant and made the shopping experience more joyful than any other time before.

Old white lady that was there today was so rude for no reason I had a simple question and she wanted to make me sound stupid and dumb for no reason there is ways to answer to people what a vibe killer not coming back again!!
Also wanted to add she does have a bad attitude to the Hispanic people that was in there

Casually walked into that shop this afternoon to buy some coke. There were not much of variety, just basic ones cans. Took one coca-cola and one fanta. The cashier was somewhere else out of register, walked by in a couple of minutes, that lady with pokerface scanned coca-cola twice in from of me, while I seeing her having a can of coca-cola of her own on the counter. She did not even bother to make an effort to do it just like regular thing. I guess it could be a gift from the immigrant to the american woman who works in dollar tree.
No way a second time into this shop.
P.S. Not a single time try to steal anything.

Used to be my favorite Dollar Tree but its changed a lot. The staff are friendly but some of their food items are out of date. And it still feels like their air conditioner is broken.
