I have two experiences with Reel Masters, and both have been 5 stars. First they quickly backlapped my McLane machine. Second, a few weeks later made some adjustments to my reel, chain, etc to get it running better. Fantastic work from Clayton and team.

Great service. They picked up and dropped off my mower for a small delivery charge and fixed up my lawnmower in a few days. They were great with texting about the status and the fees were more than reasonable. Great customer service!

Reel Masters did a terrific tune up job on my California Trimmer. Runs and cuts like it's brand new again. In addition, the pickup and return/delievery service of my California Trimmer mower was easy and communication was great throughout the entire process.
