Josh did a phenomenal job repairing my Sierra motor after the DFM system completely ruined the camshaft and lifters. Very reasonably priced and works perfectly. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic, take it to LSX.

Put a tune on my Suburban that totally changed how it responds - for the better! Josh and the staff really listen and actually think! They are extremely knowledgeable and had a number of helpful pieces of advice for my setup. They all are helpful, encouraging and easy to talk to. Just great guys.

Joshua and his team at Spartan LSX did a phenomenal job on my 2007 CTS-V. When they took it in it was a bit of a basket case in terms of questionable tune, and other issues from work at prior shops. It had low oil pressure as a primary concern, but I also wanted some performance upgrades. Ultimately it needed a bottom end rebuild to fix the low oil pressure. His partner machine shop did a great job on that as well. Josh added a high volume oil pump, a more aggressive cam, as well as some top end goodies. He also addressed some clearance issues with the steering column to my headers and some electrical work needed due to sloppy work from a prior shop that installed headers on the car. Once that was done, Joshua put a great tune on the car. All of this work was done at a very fair price. The car drives and sounds fantastic. I get complements all the time from people that see it and hear it. I couldn't be happier with their work. If you need any performance or tuning work on your LS based car, I wouldn't go anywhere else but Spartan LSX. They have done some monster builds on everything from Corvette's ,Camaro's, G8, and several others, including an LS transplant into a Scion. That thing was a beast.

Have my 6.0 swap Silverado that nobody seemed to be able to look into it. Previous shop charged my $450 just to say we can’t do anything.
I found these guys and of the bat, as soon as we got there, they gave me more info and explanations as to what my truck issues could be caused by. I’m so glad I found them. Will be bringing my future vehicle here from now on once I start getting into some more serious horsepower.

Josh and Billy are very knowledgeable and helped me when no one else would. I was quoted some ridiculous prices to do a cam phaser delete on my 5.4l 3v 4x4 truck. I was told anywhere from 500 to 950 to do this. Josh was honest and professional. He told me the cost of the credits for the tune and his charge and let me just say, he was 1/4 the price and. Still made money for the job but was honest and good to me.
I had my 4 yr old grandson and boy they had a great time during the download. Buzzlight year and yo-yos were the topic. Honestly, I didn’t expect such a kind and great experience with an auto shop but this man… he was everything positive !!!! he even texted to follow up to make sure all was okay with the updates. He will be my go to. Thank you Josh and Billy! Billy was helpful and also kind he even located a possible exhaust or vacuum leak … (doh)
Also, if you love hotrod/muscle cars like I do , he’s got plenty of eye candy to look at while waiting for your car! (If it’s a small job) again he remains professional and didn’t let me slam some gears and play with some of the 2 stage clutches… dohhhhh I respect that lol 😂 a lady can dream of playing with the stick shifts! For now I’ll shift my crappy e46 and wrangler but soon maybe I will be a novice at a muscle car

I am so grateful I came across Spartan Performance. My car was making this terrible sound and every other garage was unable to pin point the issue till it was too late and my engine was struggling to work. Josh and his employees took an over abundance of time to carefully listen and discuss what the issue was . I left my car with them and a short time later they had me back out on the road. I drove in from an hour away and will continue to do so, their prices are fair and reasonable and they are so knowledgeable that I feel if I had found them earlier instead of dealerships and other places closer I could have avoided some of the money and hassle I went thru prior .

Josh and his team went above and beyond to make sure my truck got a new muffler and tuned just in time for my family vacation. The truck almost seem like a completely new truck after I got it back from them. I truly recommend Josh he is honest and has great communication skills. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Josh and team is great to work with. Did cam and valve train work along with custom exhaust and regear on my 14 Sierra 2500HD. He went above and beyond doing little things that he didn’t have to do but did because he said “it was the right thing to do while we had it apart”. Pricing was extremely fair, to be honest he could have charged more and still been better than other quotes I got. This was 2 years ago and he still answered text when I reach out for questions or when I had to replace my trans, he helped get the new trans tuned in. I’m saving up for him to do the lower end and add a super charger at some point. Then I have an 89 IROC that I want him to see what we can do to make it a screamer!

Outstanding service they really are perfectionist I brought my brake kit to them and they installed everything made sure everything was perfect for my Infiniti G37. I highly recommend coming to them for your basic maintenance for sure‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
