The woman who works at the counter is the absolute rudest, laziest person in the history of the USPS. For YEARS I’ve always walked in there with a smile and she just stares at you from behind the plexiglass and whispers quietly, then gets annoyed when you ask her what in the hail she just said cause you can’t hear anything.
A star back though because by some miracle of God they’ve always managed to get my packages mailed out successfully.

I have a few packages going out weekly as I have a part time home business. I moved here from Bethlehem. Packages got scanned as picked up at mailbox. Auburn has not scanned any even at the post office All my priority mail wont even see tracking until it reaches Atlanta which is NOT what priority tracking is for. The package should be scanned once USPS has possession of the package period all my packages are sent with high value insurance which doesn't cover unless its scanned. The package never shows picked up or scanned at Auburn .... USPS Why ??? This is a total lack of effort by Auburn USPS and more than likey against policy. I will be contacting teh main USPS office and see if this issue can be resolved by the Post Master.

Been coming here for 10 years. I appreciate our postal workers. The lady in the front is terrible. Standing there watching me struggle with the tape on my box. The worst and rudest customer service I have ever seen in my life. She needs prayers to bring joy into her life!!!

Ok so I’m not the only one having problems with the lady at the front… LOL she hates working there and doesn’t care who knows it. Allowed my mail to be picked up by someone who wasn’t me, then wouldn’t help me trying to prevent it happening again. Can’t really think of a good experience here.

Ms. Tanesha helped me on Saturday June 14th. Her attitude was a little stank at first. I was not gonna let that ruin my day. She eventually warmed up to help me. I'm praying for her.

Whoever the lady was that worked Friday March 15th until closing and answered the phone-very disappointed. Called at 4:55 not realizing it closed at 5, immediately was asked to hold and she never came back, kept me on hold until closing so that I could hang up.

For years the same rude lady has been up there. She isnt helpful. Rude. Sign said "lunch back at 1" but me and 4 others waited until 116 and she said oops and giggled as she opened the door. Today i went to pick up a pkg bc i was out of town and it needed a signature and she had an attitude and acted like i couldnt get it bc i didnt bring the usps note from my mailbox.... surely this pkg has my name and address and my id would suffice? Ugh its never a good experience here...

Package has been sitting in their office since the 16th. They can’t give me an update or even an idea when it’ll be delivered absolutely ridiculous.
