I called and was able to leave my pet there overnight and had to worry about nothing. This is my favorite place to go to when I have to work out of town. They embrace us with love and respect.

My service dog Tyler became very ill after being boarded here for two days. The kennel never opened his dog food that was sent with him so I'm not sure if he was fed anything at all. To date, the owner has never stated if he got into something at the kennel or told me what he was fed by the staff. Because of the severe vomiting with blood and bloody diarrhea, I was required to take Tyler to Blue Pearl emergency vet clinic where the vet determined that the A Pets Life was the cause of my dogs sickness. It has been over a week and Tyler is slowly recovering but still not working which is a disservice to me. The owner Michelle has been given Tyler's medical records and a request for reimbursement but she has yet to do so. I was met with unprofessional behavior by her regarding this entire situation. This ordeal has been very traumatic for me. I do not recommend A Pets Life for any dog services.

My dog Georgia loves it here. I can tell because she constantly try’s to jump over the counter once we show up. That’s a testament to the staffs loving and caring personality for my pet. Friendly group, helpful and always available. Highly recommend!

Not sure 1 star is appropriate. If you have a Schnauzer KEEP reading! If you are wondering about the grooming skills of the owner KEEP reading. This was my boy's first appointment. Scheduling over the phone and drop off went well. I was concerned about some matts Dash had on his legs and whether or not they would be able to leave the length. I got to talk directly to the groomer. He looked over Dash and told me they would not be able to save the length but would keep it as long as possible. I wanted contrast between Dash's torso and his boots/skirt. The groomer assured me that he could do that. A few hours later, I get a call from the owner. She said she knew I was concerned and a new customer, so she wanted to be sure of what I wanted. The groomer had a kidney stone attack mid groom and she was taking over. We talked at length about wanting a Schnauzer cut (the same details I gave the original groomer earlier). Leave the beard, mustache, and eyebrows. Just clean up around them. Legs as long as possible (due to matts)and short skirt, torso not too short (a 7 rather than 10) Hair cleaned out of pads. She asked for pictures of what I like just to be sure. I sent a text of a picture of Dash after his last grooming, and 2 others with info on what I liked. Then I get a reply he's short,short,short. I arrive to pick Dash up and all I could say is "He's too short!" Three times I said that aloud. By this time, I had already paid and tipped. I was told they weren't able to give receipts right now, but remember the price is usually $20 higher because my reservation fee was taken off. This next part is probaby worse (and it wasn't until retelling this experience with my husband did i realize it), because let's face it, hair does grow back. Without a receipt I have no record of a kennel cough vaccine brought in by me was given, nor do Ifeel confident to ever really know.Anyway, I get to the car and not only is he WAY BEYOND SHORT, they cut off most of his beard, mustache, and brows! It's EVEN lopsided! IMO grossly lopsided!Be warned, I read the recent reviews and was excited to bring my baby here, not just for grooming but other services. I wouldn't go for free services! See the picture for yourself! Lopsided?! One of his eyebrows is almost gone.

Beware, I ignored the one bad recent review on Google and was heartbroken when I picked up my miniature schnauzer. Yes, she apologize but really just tried to turn it around on me. You can read the detailed review on Google, but nothing about his cut was good - lopsided and choppy.

I brought my sweet (but scared) tri-pawd Staffie mix here to have his nails trimmed. He is a very squirmy boy when getting his nails trimmed. Michele and the ladies at A Pet’s Life were AMAZING with him. They were patient, loving, kind and persevered even when my boy didn’t want to ? thank you ladies SO MUCH. We will be returning and recommending your services to anyone and everyone!

Everyone there works so hard to make sure our babies are happy and comfortable. The owner deserves so much appreciation for having a business that takes such good care of clients and their babies. Will not stop recommending A Pet's Life for everything they offer. From grooming to daycare, this is the place you can trust with your fur babies!

Michele and her staff truly care about the happiness of their furry friends! They are very accommodating to any pet's needs; they boarded a dog for me that had bad separation anxiety and did a great job with her. Your animals will be in great hands!

When I tell you my baby loves this place! She gets excited to know she is going to play with her favorite people. Since we started this is the only place she grooms or boards.

After experiencing other unsatisfactory Dog Groomers for my Guide Dog Greyson, I was blessed to find Michelle and A Pets Life Grooming Yahoo! Michelle was extremely informative, courteous, and welcoming to say the least. If a Blind guy can see the oustanding Customer Service, surely you understand why I think Her services were impeccable; after a groom, Greyson confirmed! After being groomed by Michelle, Greyson felt and looked, according to my mom, like he was young again!! His Coat was all shiny/gleaming and glowing with cleanliness. He felt really soft and refreshed. I'm not sure I should recommend her for fear too many others will realize the blessing of her Grooming talents! And take advantage of her awsome services. I recommend A Pets Life with emphasis for anyone who wants the best for their pet! Greyson is one dude that looks forward to seeing Michelle again!

A Pet’s Life has been phenomenal since we started boarding our dog with them 2 years ago. Each stay was amazing for our dog, to the point where she wouldn’t want to leave! I highly recommend them and truly believe you will not be disappointed. The level of care shown to each pet was top notch and one of the best experiences we’ve had with a boarding/pet service facility.

Good until they do things like forgetting when my dog needed medication (it was told specifically everything to the tee and 0 notes were taken. Instructions is also on the box ?) and overcharging because of the times you drop off and pick up.
