Didn't have my unit for 2 weeks when I received a call that my unit was broken into. Really sad that you can't have your valuables in supposedly secure location. Not recommended. Terrible experience.

Paid great attention to me as a person not just a customer! Made me feel like my stuff would be safe ! Saw her at times most wouldnt be out around units doing her job. I liked that ! I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone !!!

Wonderful people running the facility. The fact that there’s security cameras at the location helped me feel reassured my stuff was safe. If they were unable to answer my call they got back to me quickly. Prices are reasonable here versus other companies I looked at. If I am in need of a storage unit again I will be turning to them without a doubt.

For the price and convenience of 24 hr access, its decent. A little scary at night but im a scared-y cat anyway. They come equipped with lighting so you're not stuck holding a flashlight.

They we’re fast to unload me, even when my truck broke down Friday. I did not have any lights inside or outside lights. I had to get my light module fixed. They did not complain. Great place to get your stuff moved from state to state. Thank you for your busy hope to c you soon
