I Order a ps5 from here and the same day the ps5 is not working properly and the controller it came with is broken the controls don’t work properly and I believe we should be able to test it out before paying it for it because this is not right now I gotta wait to get one when this ps5 shoulda been check before giving it out

I have previously placed an order with this store and all is in order so far. However, I only gave 2 stars due to the frequent freezing of my HP 17" Notebook N3150/ 8 GB/ 1 TB HDD. This is a particular issue as I use the laptop for work from home and it is prone to freezing. Furthermore, when the laptop was delivered, it was not in its original packaging, indicating that it was not brand new. Additionally, I have a desktop from this store and upon delivery, it was sealed in a box. If the laptop continues to freeze, I am prepared to return it. However, when I call the store, the staff are generally pleasant.

This store is the worst, i tried to get a sofa from them and it took a week for them to contact me, well actually I had to call the store to see where my couch was at. Then the so called manager had a nasty attitude only to tell me my paperwork was not in the system. Wow, very unprofessional, as much as they charge people I should of been notified why I haven't received my sofa

I would this place a 10 star if I could. Only because a young lady by name of Crystal have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. As I walked into the store it was to customer service representative at the counter I didn't here neither acknowledged my present, so I walk to the back where the washer and dryer were and there came Crystal all professional she greeted me and also remembered me from the call earlier. And she also apologized for the system being slow, and she read over my lease to make sure I understood it . THANKS CRYSTAL. Trust me your good work don't go unnoticed .

Had an discrepancy in the size of bed the warehouse mgr MattTook time out his busy schedule to come and actually show me his customer service was awesome totally polite and professional. Although I had an attitude he remained calm and I learn some information from him. Matt is definitely an asset the company!!!!!!! Thanks Matt!!!!Kudos to Matt

I will not be doing business with them anymore. They will harass you to pay your payment by coming over your house and call you in the morning when the payment is due. They are worst than a bill collector. I feel like I am always harassed by them. When I need more time to pay they will be rude and tell you to bring the item back if you can’t pay.

Dominika Simonz is the worst sales rep I've ever encountered in my life. He or she parked her Lexus in front of the handicap ramp, which my disabled father needed to use. When the situation was brought to his or her attention "it" simply shrug "its" shoulders and said "oh well".
