Need better techs. Or atleast more than one burnt out person running a complete store. That never have any parts in stock. I find myself ordering parts from online sources often. If I can avoid the hassle. But if you don't have time or in a crunch. Be prepared for a not pleasant experience, most of time, depending which store you go, and whom dealing with. Best choice is go clear across town to there main hub store, after you call. Make sure their competent. Otherwise you will be looking just as dumb. Btw shrugging ur shoulders and saying I don't know, and giving up. Telling you to go elsewhere, is not never good for service.

So so service trash absolute trash they will take your money to order parts and give you a day to come back and get them but the are not there 3 days later and then it's some how my fault. I have spent so much money with this company when I ran my shop and o other location has ever been this incompetent or disrespectful. I will be canceling my business account and will no longer be doing business with advance auto since even corporate does nothing about the situation. It won't let me do 0 stares or I definitely would

I went in to get a auxiliary battery for a Malibu. The battery that they had was not the factory one but it had the same dimensions and same cold cranking amps. So, we installed it and it worked fine. The check engine light went off and the car start stop function was repaired. Before, the radio would cut out or the phone Bluetooth would disconnect during the start stop function.

Cuddos to Kenny!! After being turned away from the Tobacco rd store and sent across town I stopped at this Adv Auto just to see if they could assist me and thats exactly what Kenny did!! He resolved my issue professionally and speedily. Though this location isn't the closest to my home I will use this location from now on!

I called autozone and O'Reilly nobody understood what I was asking I needed a inch shorter serpentine belt because the pulley is smaller on my custom alternator for my music but Ken at advance auto went straight to it told me the size and that was the exact belt I needed my car a 2009 he told me 2003 will work it was exactly on the money thanks bro you saved me alotof time in this heat
