If any of you have ever banked with [the old] Wells Fargo, then you are familiar with the late transaction posting scam. Yes, the same old scam that post transactions out of order and not associated with the date that you actually made the purchase. Oldest trick in the book, and it causes overdraft and fees. Well Associated Credit Union is no different and they have mastered that scam. For the most part I have stopped all direct deposits here. I only remain for the Zelle app. I recommend that you deposit your money elsewhere.

Be mindful of the loan balances on the app. I was told only the principal shows. When in fact your total balance is totally different.

I would strongly….suggest not banking here ESPECIALLY DON’T GET A LOAN! Or Id suggest getting a loan & refinancing with someone else DIRECTLY after 3 months. I’ve never seen so much unorganization in my life. & I’ve worked at 4 banks & have had 3 cars. Don’t do it lol if you do good luck with the headache

I drove all the way from Aiken, SC to both their Augusta and Evans, GA locations to make a payment and their teller machines were unavailable at both locations. The website stated that they were open today from 9am-1pm. Gas is not free and neither is my time. A complete waste of resources that I can never get back. If they weren't going to be open then the website shouldn't say that they're going to be open today.

Outstanding Customer Service!!!! This review is way overdue, but so well deserved. My father and I went in to make some changes to his account and had the pleasure of working with Leslie Woolfolk. Our needs required extra time and Leslie made sure every single need of ours was met before we left. We never felt rushed. It is nice to see that in today's busy, fast-paced world such excellent customer service is still in play at some businesses. Thank you Leslie for helping me take care of my Dad!

Absolutely worthless when your trying to make a loan payment online or over the phone if you don't bank trough them directly.

It is made to screw over the customer. They want you to pay online, but they will cut you off after the day of payment so you have to call them. Then they will charge you 13 dollars to process it over the phone. They will not let you do it online if it is one day over due, even if they claim to give you 10 days. Don't bother with them if you can help it. I plan to refinance as soon as possible to leave.

I’m 32 years old, I’ve been a member with ACU since I was about 17 years old. My mom was a member for years and help me set up at the Hephzibah location(they have recently closed). Not sure why there’s indirect accusations of racial discrimination, myself and my mother have been members combined for over 40 years and we are both women of color. Never had any issue. Never not been greeted as soon as I walk in. I’ve worked in the Wheeler area and this location was always more convenient than the Hephzibah location because of that. I’ve only ever been met with friendly, attentive workers. When I went through the home buying process at 27 years old, they became somewhat family after how much I annoyed them requesting documents and asking questions lol. Also, this location makes replacement debit cards on spot for a $5 charge (they can pull from your account).
