Really great and knowledgeable staff, super professional and they definitely know what the are doing. They even let me know one of my valves were bad on my head. Only downside is they said it would take 2-3 days to drill out some broken bolts and it took about 2 weeks, I'd absolutely use them again just be aware they take awhile if you're on a time crunch

Lady up front needs to be fired. Constantly answering the phone sounding annoyed and trying to rush you off the phone with a condescending tone. Very off putting.

Had my engine almost 4 months. Got it back and it's been problem after problem on they're behalf. I've been having to go into my engine I paid 2k to get rebuilt by them. They used cheap parts on my engine also. Would not recommend. They will give me the parts to fix it but I'm having to do it myself. And I have gotten nothing back for having to go back into it atleast 10 different times to fix random things that should have been done rite from the beginning. My dad has used them his entire life and never had a problem from they're work. But my 4 cylinder Mitsubishi have them problems? I used to refer everyone to them now I'm scared to even let them touch any of my engines

Pat, Donnie, George and their machinist have built two big block Chevrolet engines for me. One, a 396 for a 69 Camaro that was excellent in every respect. Then I gave them a problem child 454 to work with. What I got in return was a 468 monster that has more torque and power than my 70 Z28 Camaro can handle. With 3.42 gears and positraction, 1,2,3 is tire burning torque. 4th it settles in for that "push you back in the seat" power. I gave them a problematic engine, they gave me a reliable powerhouse beyond my wildest expectations. Thank you AEP, you have a customer for life.
