Because didn't know the importance of insurance, the had a problem with a leak not of my doing, I lost many albums and covers, I guess the best they could do.But I there was mote they could've done!

The first week the storage rental the gate was left open because it was broken. The employee informed me, however it took two weeks for it to be repaired. They also locked my unit while I was moving into it preventing me from putting my stuff into storage stopping me from dropping off my full full load.

Do not use them to return a rental truck. They will charge your credit card the next day with an unauthorized charge, and then be completely unreasonable with resolving the issue.

The staff has been super nice . I justed wished you were open 24 hrs. My question is why don't the lights work inside the units so I could see after dark . You as well closes gates at dark if there's no electric !!!

FAITH was AMAZING! After comparing storage facilities in the CSRA this Augusta Lock Storage was by FAR the most affordable. However, it only got better from there. Faith walked me through every step, charge and upgrade to their security systems. I received 1/2 off my 1st 2months and when I needed to upgrade to a larger unit and an inside unit my payment was transferrable to cover the changes!If you need a storage unit, feel free to use my name as a referral...I get $25 off for each referral and you will too!Can't say enough. One of the toughest months of my life AND in the middle of a pandemic and FAITH was RIGHT THERE TO HELP!
