What a beautiful spot! The hotel is undergoing some minor renovations, but nothing that hinders the experience. Staff was extremely friendly and the room was immaculate. I'll be back to Augusta frequently for work over the next year and this will be where I stay!

My friend n I had a Very Busy Saturday nWe decided to have dinner at the have atThe Beautiful Marriott !It was such a Great Way to end our day !The Bartenders, Wait Staff and got to meetThe Manager of the Marriott … Everyoneseemed to know what “ Southern Hospitality”is All About!The Food, Desserts and the Drinks were such all a Delight!Looking forward to going back!Food & drinks: We ate and drank at the Beautiful Bar !The BEST and HAPPY BARTENDERS N WAITSTAFF!

Smells awful, dirty rooms, dishonest staff, being on the river ......great, but if you want to see the river you will probably get mugged. Maybe book a place in Beruit, you will be safer.

Just checked out and this honestly was the WORSE experience!! It's like everyone hates their job!!!! The front desk should be your welcoming committee.....not in Augusta. I actually heard a young lady tell a guest "check into another hotel " if she wasn't pleased. We asked for extra blankets and the felt like Styrofoam. The gentleman at the front desk was far from a gentleman (big bald guy) He should never be the face of your organization. I travel the world, was only in town for 1 night and if ever in Augusta again NEVER EVER will I go back. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A THING OF THE PAST

Excellent location and service, but I was upgraded to a suite in the suite tower which seemed outdated and had no exterior windows. Would have preferred a regular room.

I was there for Conference and they only had (1) elevator working which eventually broke down as well! We have approximately 1000 attendees at this conference! We had to use the service elevators or take the stairs. I waited over a hour to get on service elevator to checkout. Also, the purchased sack lunch with the hotel was a RIPOFF!!!! $42.39 for a turkey sandwich, chips, cookie, piece of fruit and WATER (not even a Soda)!!!

Beautiful place outstanding customer service. Especially Rhonda she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed when we needed it thank you very much this girl needs a raise!Rooms: Very clean / luxury at its finest!Noteworthy details: Awesome place 5 stars all day long! Best in Augusta Georgia!

After a stressful year at work, my wife and I took a 4 day mini vacation to Augusta and stayed at the Marriott at the convention center (on the river).The hotel was elegant and spotless and the restaurant/bar the same. The service across the board was professional, cheerful and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.Noteworthy details: I travel globally for work and the staff at Marriott Convention Center ranks with the best especially in regards to service.

I had a rather sub par experience here, starting off, myself and coworker had to wait an hour or so to get our rooms once we arrived, once I got my room key I had to walk through a wet parking garage to the Marriott suites building I was staying in. The room had dirty towels and the hallways were quite loud, My coworker had to change rooms a couple times due to noise from hotel construction. Parking was a little strange as well and not convenient like most hotels. The service at this hotel wasn’t great and after having to call the hotel a couple times for a receipt they were quite rude and short with me over the phone
