To Augusta motors they never make you feel pressured to buy anything and are very helpful and understanding about people's situations I got my vic at a price I can comfortably afford and they didn't make me feel bad for struggling a little

Please do yourself a huge favor & save your money. I brought my grandson here to finance his first car(I’m leaving the review because they threatened to repossess his car if he left a bad review) keep in mind he has paid about $4700 towards this vehicle already. We were fully aware this vehicle came with no warranty however while in office we did inquire about how they went about fixing issues if they appeared, the front desk lady said they had a program for a side note to get car fixed. Fast forward my grandsons transmissions starts to go out (only 3 months in) we didn’t ask for anything for free, we called to see if they could take a look at the car and also asked how much. We wanted to keep everything in the loop, my grandson did get an attitude with the lady on the phone because she kept hanging up on him and the last time he called back he was told he was pain & hung up on! He has since been blocked from calling them! Car has since been fixed by someone else but how can they expect my grandson to pay for a car from someone who won’t even communicate with him. These people seem a bit rascist.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could .
My husband purchased his car from this place and has been having PROBLEMS since day 1 , a previous review where Augusta Motors commented stating they offer a warranty which is NOT true . They don’t offer a warranty AT ALL for extra $ and all cars are as is. That is a complete lie , my husband would have purchased it if it were available .
Since day 1 we have called with issues and the white lady that is a receptionist gives problems EACH & every time . She won’t let you talk to anyone higher if you ask either ! We have paid thousands getting things under the hood fixed to drive this car safely . We called this month because we TRULY needed the help from them this time … and instead of offering a helping hand, THEY made up a whole lie saying we threatened them .. and called the police … they banned us from the property so we then asked , if we are banned then you can get your car back and we will be done with it … NNOOOO they want us to keep the car , pay online and never come
Up there … insane ! SAVE YOUR MONEY & DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!
