Bankers need to be trained on friendliness, empathy and understanding. These factors are crucial for a better customer experience. Get more training on providing all possible solutions to help the customer instead of seeing them out due to your own personal judgment.

As everyone stated before me this particular location is horrible. They are NO help to member’s needs and do not listen for understanding. Even calling your corporate number I get a callback from William who I assume is from this branch and he was particularly nasty. I have an ongoing issue with my account that I have tried to solve multiple ways and was informed that it is not right for me to “burden” SRP with this issue.

I despise going to this particular location. I normally frequent this location, since my job is minutes away. But it doesn't matter because every time that I come to this location, I seem to run into an issue, it takes about 20-plus minutes in the drive-thru, or I'm unable to receive the "accurate" information that I need.

Your drive thru is so slow. It can take you people 20 minutes to service ONE vehicle. If people have multiple deposits or withdrawals make them come inside! It defeats the purpose of being in a drive thru.

I had to deactivate and order a new debit card and after 2 weeks I cannot get a single person on the phone to ask where my new debit card is at because it hasn't come in the mail.

Update: I hate this bank.I'm rating SRP a 2 only because their customer service is good on most days. But I feel as though when it comes to communicating and their policies alot needs to change. Also the ATM machines takes cash without giving receipts and sometimes keeps the money making it hard for me to trust the ATM i.e deposits. You guys aren't open on Saturdays and have limited hours during the week. I feel this should change.

They hold onto your deposits longer than normal, the online banking options is always giving incorrect numbers on the weekend because the office is closed. Poor service, old systems. 0/0 would not recommend. The irs informed me my best friend our refund would be available on 03/23. She banks with Current and she received hers on 03/18/22 it’s 03/24/2022 and SRP is informing me they have not received the deposit yet. Which I know is a lie, because why would the IRS lie. Also this is not the first time I had to go to another bank to get full access of MY funds because SRP is gambling with your deposits before they release them to you. If I could give 0 stars I would.

3/12/21 the told me they were at capacity and wanted me and my babies to wait outside until they called me to come in. For 1 and a half hours I watched people leave and other people be invited in. I never received a call. I tried to go to the drive through and when I made it to the window they turned off the monitor. If they were not going to see me and help me with my issue why have me wait outside? My children were cranky and I now have absolutely no access to my account and SRP doesn’t open until Monday. That is the worse way I was ever treated by any bank I have used.

I don’t know what happened to the previous staff at this location, but this place is ran unprofessionally and I don’t think it matters to them. I will be changing credit unions soon and strongly would not recommend this credit union to anyone.

I'm one of the transition members from Augusta Federal Credit Union, and now SRP I visit all of the SRP banks to bring gifts to some very special staff and managers and will continue doing so they are my first responders.

I really liked SRP. I looked at them different from others but today that change. During this Epidemic Crisis as of now when people hours are being cut short you currently still have to pay your overdraft fees. They’re not even doing at least a 2 week fee waiver?

Excellent staff an Service at both divisions at the Charlie Norwood Medical Center to include the facility on Washington Road, However the new facility is sterile and unwelcoming It’s difficult to engage staff or feel welcome The family unit practiced over the years is absentOtherwise it’s great to have choicesI would advocate for some Saturday banking
