Best place in the CSRA for your VW or Audi! Very knowledgeable and more than fair on prices. They are VERY through and honest. Madie is wonderful! She helped me buy my VW last year, which of course Autobahn will service.

Being new in town, it's hard to find a shop you can trust with your vehicle. Luckily, Dan and his shop came highly recommended from multiple sources.I had a massive coolant leak and needed a new water pump and was left without a vehicle. After asking around, I was directed to see Autobahn Automotive. Dan and his team got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner and at a very fair and reasonable price.Having worked for VW myself for 5 years, I can say with full confidence that Dan KNOWS his stuff! Not only that, but he's an honest man who I'm happy to say has earned my business for as long as I live in the Augusta area!

I was so happy that I brought my car here for service. Traditionally, I've been a dealership person, but I realize now I should have come here from the start! They are so personable and friendly, and their texting service is great! Maddie is always so friendly and nice! Stopped in on a Friday afternoon to schedule an oil change expecting to wait a week or more. Maddie got me scheduled first thing Monday morning. Very friendly and informative team. Service was quick. They also pointed out an issue. The car is still under warranty so i will take it to the dealership for that but I still plan on using Autobahn for general maintenance.

I took my VW here for a 2nd opinion when I was told the engine was gone. I had to do everything over the phone because I was unable to get there, a tow truck was able to bring my car by without me being present.They made everything extremely easy for me and was so professional. Unfortunately they have me the same opinion. I do wish I had a time machine and could bring my car here for all the necessary repairs it needed before getting to this point.But I appreciate their help and service. I will highly recommend this shop.
