The team at this store is amazing! I am always valued as a customer and treated with respect. They also had generators during hurricane Helene last year which helped my family get through the storm. I appreciate you guys!

I had a bad battery, under warranty. They tested it and swapped it out. Tested it again. Tested charging system and away I went.

Thank You Auto Zone. Once again you came through with parts and customer service! I always feel out of place in a parts store but every single employee I have interacted with has been helpful and kind, never making me feel like I should know at least a little about cars.

Very poor customer service. I was there to get have with a starter, Ac coolant, and a few other small things. The employee was more concerned with talking on the phone and texting on her pink iPhone. She would not leave her chair. The other 2 employee where just sitting at the desk. Than when I mention I'll come back she gave a rude smirk and waved me off. There are more than enough other company to do business with.

Chastity was so kind and helpful! She helped me change my wiper blades and checked my check engine light so I could figure out next steps for my car. She was great with my kid too. Would definitely come back to this location.

2024-01: Came in needing some replacement light bulbs. Found what was needed quickly. Josiah was a pleasant employee to deal with and he even came out and showed me how easy it was to change the light bulbs I needed to change.
