I wrongly assumed that paying to reserve a vehicle meant that they would actually have the vehicle. Or any vehicle for that matter. At least the refund was relatively painless, except they claim it will take 2 weeks to get the money back to me.

I appreciate Avis for accommodating return at different location by waiving one way fee due to hurricane Helene effecting Augusta Avis location.
