Super helpful and friendly, I’ve been helped by Nicole many times and have nothing but the highest of praise and compliments. The wait time at banfield has been long, so we had to find another emergency vet but have always had positive experiences here.

I have been taking my cat to Banfield for 4 years now, and this Banfield in particular for almost 2 years. Everyone here is so friendly, and the vets are very knowledgeable. You can tell everyone here loves animals. I trust them to make the best decisions for my cat.

I take my dog here all the time, the staff is very understanding when dogs happen to poop or pee. Some of the people waiting have no consideration to hold their dog on a closer leash but that’s not in the hands of the staff.

This place is a joke on Saturdays. No one answers the phone during the afternoon. Service is terrible. If you have other local options I would pursue those first before thinking participating in one of the wellness plans they offer.

I took my 2 month old kitten there. For their check up and vaccinations. They said that she was healthy. There was nothing wrong then 2 days later. I noticed that she has fleas. Now both my cats have fleas. I'm having such a hard time getting rid of it. Also, I've tried calling them so many times and no one's answering or returning my phone calls. That's just frustrating. Because, how are you not gonna have a clean environment that we're bringing our animals too. And then no one's answering the phone, the phone. All in all, I do not recommend. I've used banned field in the past. But I definitely will not be going back. I'm gonna have to find a new vet. And cancel my plan.

This is hands down the worst of all the Banfields. We move a lot and have been seen at quite a few. They rarely answer the phone ( I'm sure they are under staffed, I get it). I literally called for 3 hours from the minute the store opened with no answer. Then I drove to the store and called while standing in the lobby. They had the ringers off on all the phones. When I asked if my Pup could be seen, they responded that they were booked and to try calling in the morning. Ya, the exact thing I had previously tried to do!They don't call to tell you about wellness plan services that are due. The veterinarian is brief and brushes you off quickly because he is over booked. Instead of getting an appointment I get told to go try other pet hospitals. I don't want to pay a million dollars to go to a pet hospital, that is why I purchased the wellness plan. They need to hire more people to ensure members can be seen in a reasonable amount of time.

We have been member for over 8 years, in the past three years we have noticed a sharp decline in customer service. For the first couple of years we would call and get an answer, scheduling was easy, and we loved our care. Over the past years it's been nearly impossible to get ahold of someone, when we do we're always being put on hold, and appointments are weeks out. On top of that because this is a corporation, when you try to cancel you spend hours on hold lines. We cancelled after spending over 6 hours on hold lines, find out that they didn't in fact cancel and now we are having to go through it all again. I would love to recommend them because for several years they took wonderful care of our dogs, and every time we are in office they are wonderful. But unfortunately due to understaffing they cant keep up with the demands of the area and can provide customer service or help when needed.

I would not go anywhere else for my pet's veterinary needs. They always do a good job.

We have been taking our dog there for 2 years, and it seems it get worse each visit. Out Dog has been taking a flea/ heart worm pill since we had him. In December the Vet suggested to my daughter to get the 6 month suppl, because it would save her money and she would have to come each month, so my daughter purchased the 6 month supply. Once June came she called in to purchase another 6 month suppl, she was told she could do a pick up and it would be ready once she got there. When my daughter got ther she was told she only pitches one pill back in December and she would have to make an appointment to get the pill and out dog was infested with fleas by no. My daughter explain our dog doesn't have fleas, he has been getting a flea pill each month on the 18 since we purchased the 6 month supply. The lads was rude and tell my daughter they put in like she purchased one pil but they are busy she doesn't have to to further investigate. First off she should have known one pill is not $60, had she looked more into it she maybe would have found that out. It's like they had no concern with out dog and his well-bein, no compassion. Then I emailed the Corp office to resolve it they responded ask for information and I haven't heard anything from them. All we were trying to do was make sure our dog was situated

Very disorganized. My dog had an appointment and I was told would be an in-person appointment, swift, and would NOT be a drop-off. We took our schnauzer there today for said appointment, and they said it would be a drop-off. My dog is 15 years old, heart challenges, and has awful anxiety. They should follow up with a phone call ahead of time if they are going to change appointment settings. I’m in the military, and we have been to several Banfields across the United States based on my military assignment. This is by far the worse Banfield. Do yourself a favor and find another vet. Also, we have had their wellness plan for over ten years.

I like the Banfield Clinic, the staff is friendly and helpful. However, it seems that they always find something extra to charge for outside of what's covered by their Wellness Plan. In which they spring those charges on you last minute. Know that if you have your pet spayed or neutered under the plan, there is an additional fee for a special collar & pain meds that have to be paid out of pocket and they don't tell you this until a day or 2 prior to the appointment, when they call to confirm. They also can't tell you prices upfront, you won't know until services have been rendered. Medicines for pain or illness are not included in the wellness plan.

Three times now I've set an appointment and in the day of the appointment I receive a phone call informing me that they have to cancel my appointment due to being short staffed.
