Shout out to Nicole Walker!!! My son is getting ready to ship out for basic training with the Army and she took care of allll our needs! She helped us fill out the direct deposit form and made sure his account was good to go! She was VERY professional and friendly! We were in and out! I highly recommend this branch and go see Nicole!!! Thank you so much for being so helpful and making a difference at your branch.?

This location ATMs, are always broke!!! It’s highly upsetting and very inconvenient to the customer. Is it people trying to steal money out the machines which makes them be broken almost everyday? I just want a little clarification on how is this possible.

How is it possible for a bank to be constantly closed you ask? Well Covid. So what does the manager do? Make people come inside and close the drive thru. It’s not the banks fault it’s poor management. Other branches don’t have these issue. I rate this a negative 5 stars

After standing in line for 20 minutes the on duty manger starts to service people in the back of the line first not if asking me do I need any help this is why South Augusta doesn't get no respect

Whenever you come to this branch be prepared to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes. The banking it self is good but customer service and the teller are just slow!!
