It is nice to visit a book store. I use my Kindle almost every day, but I still enjoy reading printed books. B&N is a great place to look and buy.

The staff have no clue what books they have in stock, "in stock" means absolutely nothing, and some of the sections aren't arranged in any way at all.

One of the only surviving bookstore franchises in the United States. I miss Books A Million and especially Borders. I prefer 2nd and Charles to Barnes & Noble, BUT not for everything. At least Barnes & Noble still focuses mostly on books and doesn't try to be a record store and other niche items. I like that it is a bookstore at heart and it's why I still shop there regularly. It's nice when I see a diverse clientele in the store too.

TONS of books to choose from. Had to go for myself, 2 oldest daughters tagged along. Oldest loves reading so she was pleased to go. BUT middle daughter actually ventured off and found books. She wants to go back. Store was quite, clean and staff friendly…and not pushy so I could look at my own pace without being distracted. DEFINITELY will go back!!

I went in to do a little work to get out of the office while waiting for an appointment. Store was decently quiet. Several chairs for people to sit and read/ work. And I also got to enjoy a sample of iced sugar cookie Almond milk latte! Staff was very polite

It's a tragedy the coffee shop in this Barnes & Noble isn't a separate entity, which would then owe itself to a separate review. The bookstore has always been decent, welcoming, and the staff warm and accommodating. Not so for the folks brewing overpriced, tasteless coffee. You're greeted with annoyance, regret, and the immediate feeling you're a burden to the lives of a subset within the catty barista culture. They've never once been friendly, the facilities are despicably dirty—perhaps a direct rollover of the skeevy clientele—and God, my kingdom for a fully stocked menu. Management needs to change the landscape and invest in good people or stop the service. We would be better without the experience entirely.
