picking up a control prescription they make you fill like a junkie always giving you the run around especially picking up anyone's else's medicine I suggest Walmart px lately they have been telling us stories about having stuff ready and giving us the run around

Only putting one star because of Ms. Wendy. I’d give her 5 stars if I could and the pharmacist, whom I believe to be named Angie, a negative 10 stars. Wendy is terrific and tries to help, but the pharmacist talked to me like I was bothering her. I called about the ‘special fee’ they were charging me for a prescription when I know for a fact that they do not charge all customers. At one time, I had good insurance and a decent paying job. I didn’t like it, but it still didn’t hurt as bad as now I am unemployed, drawing unemployment, and have the worst insurance I’ve ever had in my life. The pharmacist talked down to me like I was nothing and I don’t care who you are or what you have or what you make, you are not better than me. I have fell on hard times and I will overcome this, but sadly, that pharmacist will most likely always be rude, there for the money and not serve and make people better.

Like others have said, they will tell you your prescription is ready, only for you to drive up there, and it's not. This happened to our family three times!!! Also, I got a bad vibe from the place. I can't really explain it, but something didn't sit right in my spirit. They also have 5 times as many workers as customers. Weird.

This place had my prescriptions ready less than 30 minutes compared to the CVS a few feet from them who could fill only one, got told it'll be ready in 2 hours, message said it was ready for pickup, got there system was down( no prescription filled) just wasted my time. The drive thru worker was so rude. I'm going to Barney's from now on!!

I was lied to about a brand of medicine I'm use to recieveing.I was given a very ineffective generic one bout a month ago so I decided I was going to inquire about brand before I allow them to fill my script. So the day before my script was due I went to their pharmacy and ask did they have that brand in stocks some guy didn't even ask what mg he just asked the name I told he went to the back quick and came back quick and said they don't have it so i asked for my script. Fortunately I'm not the only person in my family that gets that medicine my cousin also gets it and he uses barney's he just calls in instead of walking in.So the next day he called me and said he had that exact brand and he got it from BARNEYS ON PEACH ORCHAD I was devastated and felt like I have been a victim of discrimination.I honestly fill if my complexion was a bit brighter I would of got my medicine..

Barney's on Peach Orchard Rd is the best Pharmacy around. The Pharmacist and Staff are all so friendly and helpful. It is so nice to have a Pharmacy that is about the patient and not the money. I especially love Wendy, she's always happy and helpful not that everybody else isn't. I also really appreciate the delivery; I don't know what I would do without them.

Barney's has worst customer service back in medical supply took a rx in for some compression socks accused my dr as not being a dr they didn't explain nothing didn't get sicks ilk never go back in their store again and I'll inform others of the rude

Worst customer service, avoid if possible. Can’t disclose whether or not they have medicine in stock over the phone even though any other pharmacy is able to. My husband drove there with a sick toddler and it still took over 20 minutes for them to let him know that they in fact did not have the medicine. Ridiculous. Waste of time. Won’t be returning here ever.

I am highly aggravated with Barney’s Pharmacy located at 2604 Peach Orchard Rd, Augusta, GA. I am a diabetic and takes Ozempic to keep my diabetes under control. I had my Ozempic filled at Barney’s for a year. Then, in August of 2023, Barney’s did not have it in stock. Therefore, I transferred it Walgreens. Walgreens did not have it in stock when my most recent refill was due. My doctor’s assisted me in identifying a Pharmacy which has the Ozempic available. She attempted to put the prescription request in at Barney’s and they refused to fill it. They cited I should get my Ozempic filled where the rest of my prescriptions are filled. I called Mr. Barry (Barney’s Pharmacy) myself and explained that the Ozempic is for me to treat my diabetes, not weight loss. Mr. Barry was very rude and not understanding of the severity of my need for the Ozempic. He has blatant disregard my life/well-being.

Dropped off my son's injection medication to be delivered to destination that administrators it to him. The staff is very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of your needs.
