Visited geek squad for my son’s pc problem, didn’t know I needed an appointment but the guy was nice enough to help me out anyways and fixed the issue quickly

Guy said he was going to look something up and never came back. Then we found another employee who looked like we ruined his day for asking for help. As expensive as they are you would think the service would be nicer.

Worst Best Buy. Every time we come here you can never find employees and then when you do you find 5 employees all standing around talking to each other. Worst costumer service.

Geek squad was helpful but you do need an appointment to see them, space was clean and well set up. Every tech product needed is available and associates are helpful and knowledgeable.

I'm not sure they're relevant anymore. They have almost no in-store inventory (more open floorplan than last visit). Anything you could purchase from them you can get cheaper elsewhere.*Edit after reply*Bob, thank you for replying. I'll be in touch.*Edit after another visit.It's even worse now. Fairly empty store with empty shelves. I feel the fate of Circuit City and Radio Shack coming.

Ordered a refrigerator over 2 months ago in store with the expectation of receiving it in 2 weeks according to the website. Then was told it was on back order. I was then told it would be here on the 1/2/24 and pick it up 1/6/24 now I’m told it’s on back order. This is unacceptable! If you can’t get the product you sale don’t say it’s available. Not one person has stepped up to resolve this problem or even tell me when it could be in at this point. Will never spend another dime with Best Buy in Augusta, Ga
