Was told on 3/3/2023 (due date) system down we aren't taking payments, the app wouldn't let access to pay. So immediately this am service cut off, which to me is unacceptable!!Had to run out of town Family Emergency!!! When I get back after drive 6 hoursGo to windsorspring location, sat (3/4/2023) 4 pm closed!! This store is absolutely horrible.

Customer service was great. Inventory was ok. Location was good, but suffered from being next to garage with a lot of smoke of both kinds.

Went into this store to get new service and although one of the workers was trying to help, the other had an attitude unflattering for a person in her line of work. Not only did she get attitude with us, she was getting an attitude with her coworker just because her coworker didnt know how to do a certain thing- when the coworker told her from the beginning that she didnt know how to because she hadnt done it before and was not told how to.
