Since the owner Rachel no longer physically works at the shop anymore I will see a change that is not good. Took my 4 month old pup there and the cut was not great. I understand our pup is a puppy and is still getting used to things but that's when you suggest that a puppy cut is still what is needed since puppies still try to adjust. Expressed how much the didn't look good. With that being said the overall attitude of the person managing the shop is total trash. She showed no remorse or sincerity and even responded with basically telling us we no longer need to come to the shop. Honestly the times i've taken my dogs previously i had no issues and if i did i had no problem bringing and expressing the concern without being told my services were no longer needed.

They have staff on duty who specialize in dealing with specifics for your pet, i.e. seniors, aggressiveness, etc, which I was pleased to learn! They take pride in their craft of groomery. Give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed, and their prices are very reasonable.

I've tried calling this place to get an grooming appointment 3 times over 2 months and they have never returned my phone calls, first they want new customers to only call (????) and not use email or facebook messenger then they never call you back so do y'all not want new customers or what?

Absolutely loved this business. I never knew there was a self service dog wash available here in town and i have lived here for 12yrs. The owner was so helpful and she had the essentials i needed to bathe my Cane Corso. So much easier than trying to bathe her in my bathtub or outside along with the fact i had a blower available to dry her off faster. I will definitely be returning.

Anna has been a great rep for us to have! All of our residents love when she comes out! She has a wide range in treats and goodies for your fur babies! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Both times i've brought my pup here she's been treated extremely well with great services rendered. I'm shocked at how cheap the nails, trim, bath etc.. are for the quality of the attention that she gets! No choice but here for my dog!

They are so patient with my Bentley. He can be a handful? and they recognize that and switch out groomers if they need to, to whomever can keep him calm❣I love they way they groom my Pup Pup! The greeter is so sweet and friendly also ?. I will definitely be taking him back.
