Let me tell you that these ladies rocked in here today! They helped me shop for my daughter while she is still out of town Lex, Jay, Tay, and Unity was the bomb. They were patient, helpful and very considerate that I was holding a walking cane! I will definitely be back here JUST for their service!!!

Absolutely horrible service. I was told everything on the 2/5 rack wasn’t actually on sale. On another rack it said 50% off and that we’re under $8 and associate said it was not on sale either despite the whole selection being there. She disputed every sale sign I asked for saying it was in the wrong place and refused to answer or say what was on sale.

Went by yesterday with the family. Pretty good deals. However, the customer service was deplorable. We were in there about an hour and no one one ever asked to assist us. When we were ready to check out, the young lady at the register, was so haphazard with our purchases, that my wife stopped her, and volunteered to fold/bag our clothes herself. The cashier, a young African American woman (#706153) seemed annoyed about something. Maybe it was us, maybe something else, but I didn't appreciate her lack of care in our transaction. Despite her attitude, I was very nice to her as I paid, but she was resilient in her unprofessional candor. I was strongly inclined to cancel the whole transaction, but it was for my daughter, who was oblivious, and I decided to take the higher road. In the end, I really did not appreciate the entire exchange, and hope the store works on treating customers better.

I'm not sure how much you have to emphasize that customer service is important! Thanks to the nonchalant dark skin girl with glasses that was at the register today around 1:30 pm. I will never shop here again. If you don't want to be at your job, don't come! There were signs everywhere in the store stating 50% off. Although it said select items they were not placed where you could tell which was what. I go to the counter to ask her and before I could ak she seemed to have an attitude. I go on to say are these such and such price. She said they are whatever the tag said. Im like well there are signs all around the store I just want to be sure. She stated on select items which I said was not clear. Instead on scanning it to see you just hand it back. How hard was it to check a price with 2 people in the store and Im the only one at the register. My goodness.

I worked for this company for approximately a month and a half and it was an absolutely TERRIBLE experience. The management is sketchy and the big boss is even worse. The clothes are poorly made and the set ups are unorganized and never finished. Even trying to lead the team 8/10 of them were rude to customers and lacking knowledge in their position.they also “hired on” several people in attempts to build a store. Then gave them 0-5 hours a week IF that. Leading them to believe it was more than a temporary hire and then them soon realizing it was just labor for THEIR benefit. I ended up quitting that early on because of the toxicity of this place. And a month later I’m still hearing things are being said about me from the GM. I would definitely not recommend working here much less shopping here. None of this is said out of hate but to inform!! Hopefully they are training them better and giving them more hours since my departure but this is just my personal experience with this company.
