Terri was kind, professional and honest about the condition of my hair. She did an awesome job with my shampoo, conditioning treatment and press. “I enjoyed this shop. Great selection and large store. They offer a discount color like Goodwill, and you can get some great deals. I'm a reseller myself and was hoping to get some inventory. I didn't find anything I could make a lot of money on by reselling, but if I was looking for stuff for my own collection/use, I definitely would've grabbed several things at great prices. Can't wait to go back! Also a great location — just a minute from Making Ends Meet, Always Junkin', America's Thrift, and Always Junkin'.”

“Recently visited Carter’s children clothing store located within Washington Crossing Shopping Center.I was very pleased with their pricing, sizing & selections available, and their employees.Upon entering Carter’s I was immediately greeted by an employee that asked, if I was familiar with the stores layout.Since this was my first visit to this store, I asked if they carried all items that are listed on their website.The sales associate then asked if there was anything particular that I was shopping for at this time.And, I must add that I was very pleased that she personally escorted me to the “newborn boys section” instead of just pointing towards the area.The sales associate checked back with me to see if I needed any additional help to locate sizes or selections.As I was about to walk towards the register when I noticed the cute dinosaur romper that I saw on their website. Unfortunately, it was hanging above my reach so I looked around for a clothing hook to grab it but, they did not have one available.Upon checkout I did ask if they could retrieve the item for me, which they did immediately.I also want to include, I was glad that the associate at checkout asked if I was a rewards member or if I had any gift cards because both had slipped my mind. (I was rushing to beat Sunday’s terrible down pour.)Although, It was a little annoying that the store did not have clothing hooks available for their customers convenience I still gave the store 5 stars after I considered my overall shopping experience.”
“I stopped shopping at The Children’s Place years ago due to poor customer service, but I recently decided to give it another try and I’m so glad I did! The new management has completely turned things around. The manager was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I noticed a big difference in how the store was run. It’s clear that the new manager truly cares about customer service and creating a great shopping environment. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“My youngest son pick this retailer to do his back to school shopping. I was very impressed with the overall appearance of the store. All the tables were neatly folded. The four ways and rounders were straight and organized. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It's very rare for you to find a neat and clean store during a back to school event. To top everything off the associate greeting us with a smile during checking out. Wow I really enjoyed my shopping experience there.”
