In my opinion, items that require an ID for purchase should not be made at the self checkouts. Also, if you need a receipt you have to ask for it at the self checkout. Every time it creates an extra wait time when the attendant has to run the register on top of having to expedite an ID check and receipt. The cashiers here are not very good at multitasking and have negative attitudes when asking for help with something out of your control. I try to avoid Circle K’s but don’t have much of a choice in this town.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Mary at Circle K, and I wanted to express my gratitude for her outstanding customer service. While I was waiting for her to finish preparing hot dogs on the roller, she kindly apologized and said, "Thank you for your patience." Her warm and friendly demeanor was absolutely delightful, and she made me feel appreciated as a customer. I give Mary a 5-star rating for her excellent attitude and exceptional service. Thank you, Mary, for going above and beyond to make my visit to Circle K a great experience!P.S - This was at 4 in the morning!

2022-05: Came at a peak time so it was busy. However, customers were in a foul mood because Circle K was experiencing an issue that led them to be cash only temporarily. The employee at the register was lacking in personality, but considering he had been dealing with customers unpleasant attitudes, I think he was actually just dealing with the public better than most.

only gas station i ever go to, but we are in a pandemic people. do not touch the customers personal things. example: i showed my ID that was inside my wallet. the cashier did not have to & should not have touched my wallet in order to look at it.

In this store yesterday and wore masks per my choice. There is sign on door stating masks required, but many patrons not wearing them. However sign on door states no more than 10 people in store. People coming in droves and more than 10 people in store plus 3 employees. The number of people in store mentioned to clerk.

Nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary. Your basic shell gas/ circle k. Gas prices are comparable to everything else around it. I suppose the choice to come here would be out of convenience depending what side of the road you're on.
