This morning, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Circle K, thanks to Jasmine. While purchasing cigarettes, she was rude and unprofessional from the start. When I had trouble entering my phone number correctly, she made sarcastic comments about how I “didn’t even know” my own number and complained about having to void the transaction and redo it, saying I was “wasting her time.”
It didn’t stop there — she even made an inappropriate remark about how she felt bad for my husband “having to put up with me,” which was incredibly disrespectful and humiliating. No customer should ever be spoken to that way.
At the end of the transaction, when I asked for her name to report the experience, she told me I needed to move out of the way, said she was “done with me,” and that I “could leave now.” I was shocked by how openly rude she was.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and Circle K seriously needs to address how customers are being treated.

This store is absolutely ridiculous, they have the same peanut water as the previous day, they never have c02 for there sodas as well as never have the syrup for the sodas, the trash cans stay overflowing, they never have creamer for there coffee, they only have 2 or 3 different candies. For a convenient store it is not very convenient.

Eliza or Eliza was extremely unprofessional, a horrible representation for Circle k. First off she left them store while I was waiting in line, secondly, she refused to allow me to purchase gas. I work in customer service and I was appalled by the way she would talk and act toward a customer.

They offer what I want in product but other than that the level of cleanliness is horrendous, the restrooms are nasty, poop on the toilet seat, no hand soap, the restroom it’s freezing cold for no reason and let’s not talk about the employees…. They look like they don’t want to work there and have never grabbed a toilet brush in their life, worst case scenario a mop or even sweeper, do better.

This has to be the worst Circle K in Augusta. Customer service is null and void. This store is 50/50. Usually out of just about everything or closed at various times of the day with people waiting to get gas without a sign on the door. Staff doesn't even care how the store looks most of the time.

Went to this store on Friday and put $10 of gas in my car. My car immediately started to misfire afterwards. I took it to the dealership and they had to drain my car due to the bad gas having too much ethanol. I had to pay $575. The gas also has debris at the bottom. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET GAS

These associates need a different profession. They are rude and act like you aren't even standing there. They start conversations instead of waiting on customers. Lost my business today. Somebody needs to watch cameras in corporate.

Nice, clean all the time. Just need to mention that frequently the Cappuccino and Hot chocolate machine mainly tastes like water.

I used to work here until I started having issues between my manger and fellow coworkers. I had very good customer service when working here for only having one job before this. My fellow coworkers thought I left because of relationship status. Coworkers were always leaving the store with me there, within the first week of me working there. New hires were taking marijuana smoke breaks and cigarette and cigar smoke breaks, when we were told it was permitted. My manger had her boyfriend in the office once. Also her worker Willam, assaulted my significant other at the time were she had to defend herself with pepper spray. Not all the workers here are bad, Ann wasn’t.
