They do not work right and all they give you is a voucher or coupon in the machine and they won’t let you win lower than $10

Friendly customer service and no issue getting access to the pumps. Also a regular user of the car wash that has been upgraded to allow monthly subscription. Had an issue with the car wash once before and attendant provided another car wash free of charge to correct error. Previous review probably picked the wrong day and wrong time.

This place is going down hill fast. They don’t have the correct prices posted and then claimThey don’t know how to make the price adjustment.The cashier was a mix between male and a female which is disgusting in itself. They just stood there mumbling uhh uhhh uhh. Straight ghetto.

The employees discriminate against people with disabilities! Avoid at all costs! It isn't worth it to pay a person for discriminating against people with disabilities when there's 4 other has stations within a minute's drive of this abomination! So I might have a speech impediment! Deny me service? Really? That blonde chick needs to be gone for discrimination!

This is a very poorly run gas station. I have had so many problems with the car wash and no one ever cares. The service is also very slow. It is a shame this is the main gas station for people who live at West Lake, because they are going to continue to be in business even though they are poorly run and poorly managed. The owner of this gas station should be ashamed of himself for the type of service and the issues they have with equipment on a regular basis.

Super friendly, and surprisingly has the latest debit card system, where most dont. Sad say that most reviews on gas stations will only be negative ones. People dont tend to think to 5 star their gas stations, only complain about stupid stuff.
