My daughter looooves this place. She had me shopping for her over face time because she wasn't able to come in person. I was in there for over an hour, but she got everything she wanted.

I took my daughter to this location to get her ears pierced when she was 4. The earrings were $80 and supposed to be more secure then regular earrings. One fell out and her piercing closes immediately. I waited 4 years later and took her to get them pierced again at the exact location. The very same thing happened after 2 weeks. It fell out and hole closed and we were told we would have to purchase earrings for a THIRD time to get her ears re pierced. The earrings shouldn’t come out this easily and we shouldn’t have to keep paying because they do.

The Manager refused to refund my $34.52 purchase made by my 9 year old. This was my daughter's 1st purchase on her first debit card, made with her first allowance.I was told, by who I now know was the manager, that the machine was down. I was extremely confused, I knew this statement was not accurate because it was just in use.I proceeded to ask the MANAGER how can "the machine can take money from a card? But can't reverse it?" She again told me that she couldn't take any kind of cards because the system had just went down, which is why she couldn't refund my 9 year olds purchase.My daughter is with beside me this entire time.The manager informed they could not give me cash from a debit purchase, which I 100% know and understand.I left the line, moved to the side and proceeded to call Customer Service Representative, who witnessed the conversation once I returned back to the store, with my 9yr old daughter.We walked past the manager who was standing at the entrance of the store. The manager was not engaged with a customer or activity stocking or piercing ears.The MANAGER was literally just standing there, leaning against the frame or protium with one hand on her hip and the other under her chin.I again noticed customers were using cards for their purchases. We went back and asked the MANAGER, who was still standing at the front entrance of the store, if the machines were back up, and she said she did not know.Customer Service Representative asked if I knew any of their names and I explained that the one at the door (the MANAGER) and the associate behind the counter conveniently did not have a name badge on.Then a third associate walked by with a tag on and I asked her name, she stated ****** as I simultaneously read her name tag. ***** immediately went to the lManager , still at the door, to tell her I asked for her name.My daughter and I returned to the line, when it was our turn the associate behind the register just stood there and looked At the entrance, in the direction of the manager "NOT SAYING ONE WORD".I asked the associate behind the register if the machine wasn't working again, she said she wasn't a manager. Eventually the Manager who was at the door was now outside the door in the Mall hallway talking to someone.The manager, who doesn't know the status of the equipment in her store, eventually came to the register.I asked if I could get a refund and she held up a finger to say wait a minute. As I waited more than a minute I asked if she could give me her name and she said "NO".IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER, the SALES ASSOCIATE, & CUSTOMERS!!! I then told Customer Service Representative that I thought that was pretty bad that she would let her associate's name be out there and possibly take the fall knowingly instead of her.The MANAGER walked off, IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER, the SALES ASSOCIATE, & CUSTOMERS!!! I put Customer Service Representative on my phones speaker so the associate behind the register could hear.I told her at this point I did not feel comfortable giving my information to them so I was leaving. I told the lady behind the register that I have gone to Iraq and Afghanistan and I WOULD NEVER LET A SOLDIER TAKE A FALL FOR ME and what she just did was WRONG!!

Feb 13, Returned phone call was received within 2days. I was asked if I received my refund and I stated no. I informed the gentleman that my daughter kept the items, there was no way I was leaving my information, nor was I driving 2 hrs. He stated that he would see what they could do and get back with me. I asked him that wasn't really the issue, did anyone speak with her and he stated that it had not been taken to the district manager. I received a $5 free reward email on the 27th of JANUARY and I've sent at least 2 f/u emails . I see that that manager is definitely without a doubt a reflection of The Claire's Corporate leadership. So please don't expect to be treated with dignity,respect, and that NOTHING other than your money matters!!!

*Take your child to the pediatrician they will pierce it for you ******* Do Not get you or your baby ears pierced. *********You will regret***********#1 you sign a waiver# 2 they are not precessional do they do not take any training.Experience They staff was friendly and great but the job was quick and easy. When I got my baby home she was fine at first. I cleaned her ears as I showed flowed the care steps daily. However within two weeks I noticed that my baby kept pulling ay her and it was uncomfortable. So I decided to take to earrings out and as I taking it out pus was everywhere. I continue to clean the area and still is cleaning the area.ear infection and pain going on 4 months. I paid 150.00 because of the earrings I thought would be better but nope.She currently has no earrings but still is having issues with her area holes.
