Parker M. Works for Comcast and is by far the best technician with Comcast/ Infinity. He came for a service call and is professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He discovered what the problem was and instead of doing a bandaid fix with enhancers etc , he recommended a permanent solution to the problem. In the past the technicians gave many recommendations but Parker is the person in the Appling Ga who cares enough to help the customer. We certainly recommend a man of his caliber.Comcast should be proud to have a tech like him.

Comcast has bad business practices the sales people try to sell you and cheat you out of money. Most people I talked to are African Americans and they should be fair with all customers even white customers. Bad place corrupt.

Always packed and unless you make an appointment you will have to wait at least a half hour or two! Very busy but the staff is patient and kind.Not all of us are computer literate or internet savvy, but the staff seemed to know what I needed help with so for that alone, Thank You!

comcast has become a joke company. customer service is atrocious. you can never reach a human being, and when you do it is an agent in a foreign country usually india or the carribean. you cannot understand their language, they have a script they read from and when you ask a question, they just read from the script because they cannot answer a question. it is so frustrating, until i just hang up , and give up. it is a poor service for the money customers pay. it was the best service, now it is one of the worse services.

One star because there wasn't a lower option. The service I had was wifi, that's it. When I got a $174 bill one month I called and the sales person (spoke broken english) said they'd credit the $174 and upgrade to unlimited for $59 a month. Turns out it was $74 a month. The guy instead of changing my plan under my account, makes a whole new account. Now I am paying crazy amounts of money for 2 accounts! I find out that they couldn't give me a credit. That i was now under contract. So when I canceled, I had to pay an early termination fee. I have been lied to multiple times. When I go to speak in person, the 10 people I talked to still couldn't help. Over 400 dollar bill in 2 months was taken out of my bank account. There were so many charges, I thought I was hacked! Stoped pymts, got a new bank card. And through countless hours and tears they are demanding I pay all of the charges. I literally left the store in tears. I work in a restaurant I can't afford all of these crazy charges. I wish there was a bigger platform I could use to explain how horrible my experience was.

Worst costumer service possible. They continue to put us on paperless billing and then my log in information never works to get the bill. Each month I request to be put on paper billing. Here we are another month and I can't log in to get the bill and when I call every single phone number they have listed it just sounds like someone is typing and their chat option is turned off!

I haven't had service for the last 10 days. Every time I call I have to complete all of these tests to no avail. A tech came out and tried 6 difgerent boxes still no service. I have spoken with a supervisor still no service.I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Incompetent staff. I received in the mail a deal combining cable and internet. Saying I was qualified. The discount had my name and address on it. She looked up name and address. Couldn't find me. Gave her my phone number.. Then she offered me a deal higher than the one I stopped.

Their service is the worst of the worst! The internet \\u0026 cable always goes out from vtine to time. I wish I could give this POS Communist Cable \\u0026 Internet Company no, stars at all! I'm so ready for WOW Cable \\u0026 Internet Services in the Appling,Ga Area. The technicians at Xfinity ain't worth a s**t!

This the worst service in the world! Speaking to someone, anyone is the most stressful ever! They don't speak ENGLISH and if they do I can't understand them Let's not start on the s*** poor service, internet always OUT!!!

I think is awful that you can not make an agreement with ACC so we can watch the games. I'd be wiling to pay for even with your ridiculous rates now.
