Not sure why bread and soft product is mow on aisle one. Items selected for purchase at the beginning of shopping of course is placed in a shopping cart first, and later other items placed in the cart afterwards potentially crushing softer items.

Great meat prices and conveniently located for those of us who live on post. Also done a great job of looking after Active Duty during this pandemic. Active Duty should always come first.

I grew up as a military dependent and started bagging groceries at the old commissary at the age of 13. I was taught by the best baggers Leroy, Humphrey, Detroit,Eddie,Louis,Terry,Gene. They were the best of the best and would tolerate anyone’s errors in bagging. The commissary has some of the best Baggers that have given a part of themselves for more than 45 years. God bless them. They taught me so much more than just bagging. Thank you to all the employees . Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of the old commissary and the new commissary. It was a pleasure to have been a part of it all.

I am a Vet....and my husband and I go to Ft Gordon commissary and exchange each time we visit my sister who lives nearby. We have no close-by commissary in TN. Love commissary and it's variety of foods and people.

Are you and your significant other thinking about having a kid? Go to the commissary any afternoon and this feeling will quickly go away. Decent prices on stuff but make sure you check ads for places out the gate.

Produce is always rotten, the meat is always bad even if the expiration is still good, expired eggs, expired yogurt, and milk is triple the price of Walmart. Save yourself the hassle and just shop elsewhere. This is by far the worst commissary I have ever been to.

Walked in, saw it was very busy. Walked by 2 store workers and both were very friendly. When I got to the register with my one item, the cashier called me over very quickly.

My mother shops here for meat especially beef for to the price. The other items like fresh vegetables are a great deal more expensive than the other retail grocery stores. This didn't use to be the case. It's sad.
