This firm contacted me via telephone and thoroughly explained everything to me and ascertained if there were any questions. They offered to send it via postal service but I advised that since I’d be in the area on that day I’d pick it up. Very friendly and caring people.

If I could give 0 Stars I would! Walgreens in Alexander City Alabama is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to . They have a dark headed long hair lady at the window that told me it would be 30 mins for my medicine. I wait in my car with my sick 7 year old child that has the flu 30 min to get my medicine and the flu pill isn’t in the bag for my daughter. I had to turn my car around on 280 and go back to wait in the line again!! The girl then tells me they are out of the medicine ( why didn’t she tell me this as I was filling my daughters medication) the flu pill is really the main medicine I need ! they told me that I had to call around and check to see who has it !! Me ! ?? I had to do the calling ?? . So I did! I found the medicine and I called back to Walgreens and told them I found it and could they send the prescription to Jackson’s. Erica tells me the pharmacist isn’t Available because he’s given shots . She said the pharmacist needed to speak with the pharmacist at the other drug store ??♀️ ( why did I have to call to go thru this again!? ) Erica insisted on arguing with me after I told her I’ve been trying to get my daughters medicine for 2 hours now and my daughter has the flu crying in the car and Walgreens has made out experience HELL today ! I’m still waiting on Walgreens to fax or call we are so desperate at this point but thankfully Jackson’s Drug made my experience better ! Walgreens needs new management and y’all need to train your employees how to work in the pharmacy! Ask them before you hire them can you work under stress and pressure!? Hire some help and stop trying to be cheap and short staff your employees because in the end your gonna lose !

This Walgreens is the best! From the Pharmacist to all the Techs you get the best service! They deliver my meds, look for co-pay cards to get the best price, and even call my doctor’s when it’s time for a new prescription. When I say they do EVERYTHING for you I mean EVERYTHING! They go above and beyond the call of duty and everyone there is so kind. I highly recommend them!

Why is the pharmacy not open on weekends? The people in surrounding neighborhoods need the option of a pharmacy on Saturday and Sunday in addition to the week days. Having a Walgreens on every corner doesn't matter if they are closed when you need them.
