We had an AWFUL experience here at Conns. They are going out of business and I SEE WHY. Store Manager Autum Was extremely rude to my mother-in-law and told her “she does not care about our issue because the store won’t be here anymore anyway” Victor was also rude as well, but he ended up helping us towards the end. They shut down the store 3 hours early when me and my husband were literally about to purchase something. We had to wait until they opened the next morning to go get the items we wanted. When we arrived that morning Victor came to the door and said “Yes?” As if we can’t wait by the door for 2 mins before they open….He also got into a verbal argument with another customer who did absolutely nothing wrong right in front of us. I understand closing a store can be stressful but at the end of the day we are still human beings and deserve to be treated like ones. The manager autum also said that she is glad she never has to sell furniture to our family ever again and yelled at my mother in law to get out of “her store”. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting. I pray she never gets another manager position with that attitude. I hope no one has to experience what we did. Good riddance to that store! I also recorded the entire incident to show you all how nasty she is.

Dominique was an Awesome salesman. He thoroughly walked me through everything and was extremely patient while I made my decision. The store is stocked with updated items. I would highly recommend this location for excellent customer service and great quality products.

Needs new management!
Let’s talk about Ashley! Zero customer service skills. She was extremely rude to my parents. She answers the phone as if it’s her personal phone. Her photo should be placed Under the terms rude, aggressive, and arrogant. She repeatedly spoke over them to the point where she was yelling. She would not listen to what my parents were trying to relay to her from the conns customers service team. Who ever raised her did an absolutely awful job. She is easily the nastiest manager I have ever come in contact with. She needs to be replaced or sent to a training class. Do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment because It will save you some stress.

****Cheap Furniture**** I bought a table with a bench and four chairs not long after the purchase one of my chairs started to come apart and the table top is chipping. Expensive prices, poor quality.
