As a conscientious consumer, I feel compelled to share my experience with [Conns home plus] in Augusta, GA. Unfortunately, my encounter with this establishment left much to be desired. Despite initially promising transparency and honesty, it became abundantly clear that these were mere façades designed to lure unsuspecting customers.From the outset, I was greeted with false assurances and misleading information about their products. The staff seemed well-versed in the art of deception, skillfully weaving tales to conceal the truth behind their subpar merchandise. What's worse is that upon raising concerns about discrepancies, I was met with dismissiveness and even more blatant lies. I was told verbatim my payment was going to be 145.00 per month. Now they are saying it's 246.00 per month. That was never said to me. I agreed at 145.00.The utter lack of integrity displayed by [Conns Home Plus] in Augusta, GA is not only disheartening but also unethical. Consumers deserve better than being treated as mere pawns in a game of deceit. It's evident that this store prioritizes profit over principles, resorting to dishonesty as a means to an end.In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing [Conns Home Plus] in Augusta, GA. Any establishment that resorts to deceitful practices does not deserve the patronage of discerning customers. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by taking your business elsewhere, where honesty and transparency are valued above all else. Just spoke with a representative. Absolutely ignored my concerns and just said let us know when we will receive the payment. STAY AWAY FROM CONN'S Home Plus in Augusta,GA. They are liars and thieves. I'm guessing all Conn's locations are this way as well.

Update: I wish I never heard of Conn's. The harassing phone calls and lack of sympathy is enough for me to have them come get their appliances. As of today my account isn't past due so I called to make a PA bc my wallet was stolen. U know what they asked me can I go to the ATM and withdraw the money and make a payment in store. How!! If it's a Sunday (banks closed) all my cards were stolen. Just dumb and inconsiderate!Victor is the best. Go see him for all your appliances and needs!

Update: If you are 3 days past your due date Conn's will call 13 times a day sometimes more and even on Sundays! They have now started calling from a different number. Who does that and their finance department has the rudest no English speaking customer service reps. I was going to furnish my whole house through them but that will not be happening. Do better! Conn's team and delivery team was excellent, swift and professional.

Buyer beware!! First time, last time customer with Conn’s This store really is a Con. Bought stools that were defective and poor quality. Would not allow me to reselect or get a refund. I am trying to reach some person resides the outsourced customer service we currently have had to deal with. They fail to deliver a quality product and will ignore you once they have your money.

If I could give this store a 0, I don’t think that would be low enough. The name is exactly indicative of their policies. I bought 4 stools which came in scratched and damaged due the the subpar packing, simply placed in a box with no protective wrapping. Returned them to the store only to be told there is no return policy, which all I had when I bought the stools was a purchase slip from the credit card machine. I have been dealing with customer service to no avail. They have the stools and my 800 plus dollars, and I am supposed to be ok with them taking my money. Buyers beware!!!

Brandon James did us right!!! He was not pushy, he gave us space to decide, and he helped us buy an extremely comfortable couch that was within our budget. I have never had such a great experience with a furniture store before!

Conn’s stands for Con Artists.Will not honor their “extended warranties”. Watched the technician Richard deliberately break my other parts from my friends Washer as he flipped it upside down and said it was “due to washing queen comforters” in washer and that is was “over loaded” but it was made to fit king comforters. lolI will never buy from them or recommend.
