I needed a new trimmer and thought this would be the place to get it. I normally buy from salon centric so I was a little skeptical buying a tool from here. I bought the babyliss pro trimmer and when I got to the salon I charged it, oiled it and used it for a duration of 1 minute and it began to over heat and cut off. So I boxed it back up and went to return it and as I'm waiting in line with it in hand, before I could get to the desk I was asked what I was there for and if I was returning the tool? I said yes and then I was asked if I had used it and I replied yes. With no thought or consideration for the matter I was told there was nothing they could do and was sent out the door with no help and no information on how to get the item returned to the manufacturer. I have been dealing with this issue with babyliss for over a week now. Do not buy tools from Cosmo prof. If they don't work, they WILL NOT help you. Go to salon centric and they will let you return tools if you bought a faulty one and they will return it for you. I have learned my lesson with Cosmo prof and will not be back.

The staff here is very rude. I just left. I went to cosmetology school I have a cosmetology license and 9/10 you know you have to have one to be in or go to a cosmoprof. I came in to get several things not anything specific. The cashier asked me if I needed any help ( *note* without greeting) I told her no , because I didn't know what I exactly wanted. She rolled her eyes and huffed as I was starting to get my things she then asks me to put everything I was holding which was TWO nail polishes and a wax can on the counter so I "wouldn't have all that in my hands" I did. She then asks me "if I even have a license" I told her yes. She then felt the need to clarify if it's a cosmetology license as if my appearance or color had anything to do with it. I will NEVER come back here. If your a person of color unless you need professional products stick to your local beauty supply or SALLYS!
