Worst pharmacy ever! From the techs to the cashier, they are all incompetent; they give out wrong medication, charge the wrong price, don’t want to help with anything, and simply don’t care.
Their errors are continuous and they need to be reported on a corporate level.

Prices are great but if it weren’t for that I would absolutely avoid them. They messed up my dog’s prescription twice. The first time we didn’t realize it for about a month and my dog was having all kinds of issues and we were in & out of the vet trying to figure out what was going on. I happen to double check his meds and they were the complete wrong dose. Costco handled everything just as they should and reimbursed us for vet bills. The next month it was wrong again and that’s when we got very upset. They claim it’s a system error but not only should that have been fixed the first time but they should have enough critical thinking skills to able to recognize it was wrong. We even saw his written prescription and it had his correct dose on it but then in parenthesis it was a completely different dose. How not one person there questioned that is beyond me and very scary.

Byron and Austin in TVs/Electronics are the real deal. Holler at them for advice and assistance on anything in that section. Chicken bakes always delish on the way out. All in all a solid Costco with good deals and good displays

What can I say thay hasn't already been said? Costco customer service is beyond perfect from trips to furniture. Had an issue on a Costco trip they refunded me 50% because they had prior complaints regarding racism

I will never use this pharmacy again. Disorganized, slow, and the pharmacy technician was incredibly rude. All I wanted was to check the prices of a few pet medications. Unsure where to go, I stood in the line for pick up as that seemed the most logical place to inquire about prices (after all, it’s where they have the cash register and where people usually pay). After waiting 10 minutes, I was called up and told the technician what I needed. He rudely told me I was in the wrong line, stating “this is pick up and I’ve got a line here.” Yeah I’m aware, I was just standing in it for 10 minutes. Why can’t you take 30 seconds to look up a couple of prices for me? Reading past reviews shows this same technician has been called out before for being rude.

Absolutely astonishing that someone turned in my wallet and cell phone w/ over $1500 in cash plus tons of credit cards and ID. I am so humbled to have been so lucky to have this happen where honest ppl turned it in and wonderful Costco employees tried to contact me and held on to it till I realized I had left it in the cart. I felt blessed and sooo lucky. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I love Costco BECAUSE of it's wonderful employees!

Seems that a lot of the products are higher quality than most other warehouse stores. Some items are a great value while others are less expensive at a grocery store. Workers are very helpful. Sometimes, when you are looking for a specific item, you will have to go to a different store. If you see something you want, buy it quick. It most likely will not be there later.

I will no longer be buying tires at Costco. I had a terrible experience today with my rotation and balance. The attendent assured me at 10 AM sharp that there was only one appointment in front of me and that, more than likely, my car would be ready before Noon. I live close so, although I had not received a call, I walked over at 1 PM to pick up my car. When I arrived at the desk I could see my car up on the lift and another attendent told me they were just starting and it would be another 45 minutes. Again, I walked home. Since I still had not received a call at 2:30, I called them for a status. "Yes, it's finished; they finished it twenty minutes after you left." I wanted to say, "Thanks for the call, Dipshit". To add insult to injury it started raining on the last walk so I got wet. The coup de gras... I decided to buy one thing for my wife and it took my twenty minutes to get through the f'ing self-checkout line... because people are wickid retahdid! FML

Their prescription prices can't be beat. A Costco membership is not needed to use the pharmacy.

Rude Condescending obnoxious front end employees. In the past month I've been to this Costco twice when I come into town for my small business. Both times were unpleasant. I use the self checkout with my daughter we do two separate transactions each of us have a membership card with out pictures on it. A few weeks back we were checking out and the team members were checking our cards to make sure we were the people on the card. They grilled us when we told them 1/2 the items were mine. Saying they're really cracking down and making sure the person paying is actually that person. Acting like we were trying to get away with something. It was really aggressive we didn't need to be told all the extra about them cracking down when we are using our own cards and our own credit cards. Then today we brought my service dog in who is a 5 pound mini Daushound we had her in a soft carrier in a shopping cart because they store was very crowded and unsafe for her to walk around on the floor. We walked around the store for an hour without any issues as we were cashing out Happy my service dog alerted me with one bark I gave her a command to let her know I'm aware and as quickly as I did that some girl with a bad hair dye job that looked like she hadn't washed it in weeks came up to me and was very rude and aggressive i couldn't get a word in she never took a breath to let me speak. She said no dogs are allowed in the store except Service dogs much be on a leash feet on the ground not in a cart, I must leave the store immediately. My daughter said she's leaving now just paying for my items and she's leaving after she's done. She said you need to take the dog out of here NOW!!! My daughter said I'm trying to pay for this if someone could fix what's going on with the register I'll leave. The girl said im going to get you another cart to put that dog in and get it out of here. When your done with the cart I need you to walk this cart back in here. My daughter told her we're not doing that and asked her to go away because I was having a medical issue and her aggression was making things worse when she told her to go away she said I'm going to get my manager. Nobody really wants anyone to know their medical issues nor do they want to leave in an ambulance. I was trying to remain calm and finish up with my own transaction but I felt extremely uncomfortable embarrassed and humiliated. I would have liked to has the opportunity to sit down have a cold drink take my medicine and leave but my daughter had been demanded to leave the store. So I slowly walked to my car unloaded all my items and another employee followed me out saying she needed the cart to sanitize it because they have customers that are allergic I said oh well she was in a dog carrier and she snubbed her nose up at me that's when I told her the dog was actually in two carts. I get that they have other customers but we were paying customers as well with a service dog and medical issues just like people that are allergic.

Always crowded, can't even get through the aisles. Don't even try to get something from the snack bar, it will be about 30 minutes. Which is fine but with Rude staff that isn't helpful makes you not want to go. I had a service dog with me at checkout and a red headed girl came up and aggressively told me I need to leave when she alerted my mom about her blood pressure. She jumped down my throat and said I need to leave IMMEDIATELY and assumed the dog was not working. I couldn't get a word in edgewise to let her know that she was working and take her out of the cart- I didn't appreciate the energy and I could tell that she was not going to be responsive. I stated I was leaving I literally scanned all of my items and was trying to pay, she went so far to grab another cart and continued berating me while I tried to close out the transaction. I asked her to leave because it's distracting and too much while I'm trying to gather my things and close out not to mention stressing out about my mom's blood pressure that has caused her to have detached retinas in the past. Raising her voice and her aggression made me raise mine because she was making an issue where there wasn't one and discriminating without trying to have a normal conversation just yelling rules, barking orders, and throwing her weight around. I should have waited for the manager to come but honestly none of the staff is ever helpful there so I left. She made the whole interaction last longer by being so dramatic and caused a scene for nothing. She even had another girl follow me out to take the cart and she was just as condescending. I mean Costco is Costco so if you need stuff go just steer clear of the staff

The local Costco has a handy location near major roads. The gas station is large and has little signs indicating which pumps are free; I have not had a problem with waiting here and the price is cheaper than other options. Actually going inside the store left me with a decent selection of home goods. A lot of the food and other items are either too much for my needs or occasionally not up to quality standards, but the selective shopper can find plenty of things worth buying. I imagine it's busy at peak times, but I haven't seen it as bad as some other Costco's I've been to. I'm not one who does all my shopping there, but it fills a niche.

We don't use our membership to go grocery shopping often but we try to stop in once a month and refill our chicken and turkey stock. Costco has been more beneficial to us for vacations, tires, and glasses.

Stopped at this Costco while traveling. It is the standard Costco you find across the United States. Feel like they were missing a couple items you'd find on the West Coast, but this store has pretty much everything you need!
