I will no longer be buying tires at Costco. I had a terrible experience today with my rotation and balance. The attendent assured me at 10 AM sharp that there was only one appointment in front of me and that, more than likely, my car would be ready before Noon.I live close so, although I had not received a call, I walked over at 1 PM to pick up my car. When I arrived at the desk I could see my car up on the lift and another attendent told me they were just starting and it would be another 45 minutes.Again, I walked home. Since I still had not received a call at 2:30, I called them for a status. "Yes, it's finished; they finished it twenty minutes after you left." I wanted to say, "Thanks for the call, Dipshit".To add insult to injury it started raining on the last walk so I got wet. The coup de gras... I decided to buy one thing for my wife and it took my twenty minutes to get through the f'ing self-checkout line... because people are wickid retahdid! FML

They have all kinds tires, their people are willing eagerly help customer. Only thing I wish they also had few other Auto services.

Always crowded, can't even get through the aisles. Don't even try to get something from the snack bar, it will be about 30 minutes. Which is fine but with Rude staff that isn't helpful makes you not want to go. I had a service dog with me at checkout and a red headed girl came up and aggressively told me I need to leave when she alerted my mom about her blood pressure. She jumped down my throat and said I need to leave IMMEDIATELY and assumed the dog was not working. I couldn't get a word in edgewise to let her know that she was working and take her out of the cart- I didn't appreciate the energy and I could tell that she was not going to be responsive. I stated I was leaving I literally scanned all of my items and was trying to pay, she went so far to grab another cart and continued berating me while I tried to close out the transaction. I asked her to leave because it's distracting and too much while I'm trying to gather my things and close out not to mention stressing out about my mom's blood pressure that has caused her to have detached retinas in the past. Raising her voice and her aggression made me raise mine because she was making an issue where there wasn't one and discriminating without trying to have a normal conversation just yelling rules, barking orders, and throwing her weight around. I should have waited for the manager to come but honestly none of the staff is ever helpful there so I left. She made the whole interaction last longer by being so dramatic and caused a scene for nothing. She even had another girl follow me out to take the cart and she was just as condescending. I mean Costco is Costco so if you need stuff go just steer clear of the staff

The local Costco has a handy location near major roads. The gas station is large and has little signs indicating which pumps are free; I have not had a problem with waiting here and the price is cheaper than other options.Actually going inside the store left me with a decent selection of home goods. A lot of the food and other items are either too much for my needs or occasionally not up to quality standards, but the selective shopper can find plenty of things worth buying. I imagine it's busy at peak times, but I haven't seen it as bad as some other Costco's I've been to. I'm not one who does all my shopping there, but it fills a niche.

We don't use our membership to go grocery shopping often but we try to stop in once a month and refill our chicken and turkey stock. Costco has been more beneficial to us for vacations, tires, and glasses.

Stopped at this Costco while traveling. It is the standard Costco you find across the United States. Feel like they were missing a couple items you'd find on the West Coast, but this store has pretty much everything you need!

Checked car in at 1:27pm for 1:30pm appointment to install four new tires. Told that it should take one hour. Got car back almost two hours later. Told that paperwork is in the car. Get to car and there’s no paperwork. Had to go back to get invoice. Invoice incorrectly states that check out time was one and half hours after check in. Great prices and great warranty, but horrible service. I dread having to go back for service. They were clearly running behind to begin with. Why bother offering appointments?

This is my 2nd visit to this location since moving to the area. Bought a Rotisserie chicken here today and it's bloody raw inside. The skin was nearly burnt while the chicken was raw at the thigh. Need to inspect your Rotisserie ovens. Been buying Costco chickens for decades. Never got one like this. Gross!!! Hoping we don't get sick from the little bit we ate before noticing it.

The staff is great, but this tire center always takes way more time than anticipated. 2 hours to swap 1 single tire

The staff is friendly, but the workmanship is some of the worst I’ve experienced.I had a full set of tires put on recently. Drove all the way home before noticing they completely forgot to inflate one of the tires.Brought it back because they’re filled with nitrogen.Drove to work the next day and noticed a heavy vibration. Thought the tires may not have balanced properly.Brought them back to rebalance.Drove to work and the vibration was still there (almost worse)Thought it had to be something more serious. Ended up replacing both front wheel bearings.Vibration still there.Brought it to a mechanic. Told me 2 wheels were off by 3oz. Ended up paying HUNDREDS of extra dollars for their poor quality standards.I’ll never bring my truck back here, even to take advantage of their lifetime balance, rotate, and road hazard.Like I said, the staff was helpful and friendly, but clearly incompetent.

Costco in Augusta is great! Everyone is so helpful - we met Brittany who was eager to give us advice on keeping brown sugar from getting hard and the lady that was working in the snack area search eagerly for what we were looking for just to mention two. Cashiers were helpful and smiling and the store was super clean! You should definitely consider getting a membership if you do not have one already!

Love this Costco! Lines are usually not too long and is a great place to get food/whatever you need. I especially love the food court- a full giant pizza is only 10$, which is a deal you can't find anywhere else. The gas is also by far the cheapest in town. 10/10!

Eat at the food area before you walk through the store hungry and buy a ton of unnecessary food!! I do love a hot dog, churro, smoothie, and chicken bakes! They have great food. Their brand dog food was recommended by my vet so that’s what we have been using for years.

Love the Hearing Aid Dept. Helpful and friendly and inexpensive aids and best guarantee. Just saying.
