I love Costco and this location is nice but the new scanner policy makes shopping such a pain. It creates huge bottle necks and they make it so you can't even reenter the store without it being a massive pain. I understand wanting to track but they need to find an easier, less painful way for the customer.

Just grabs some meats for tonight. The meats are fresh. The store is clean. A little bit busy here but the staffs are fast enough to make it not too long for the wait.

Some of their employees have poor attitudes like Monique the older black lady working the exit door or one of those white boys who boxed my items how he pleased instead of how I asked. I forgot his name but I don’t appreciate the poor energy and service

When ready to checkout, the registers were very busy and lines long. I went to get a drink and snack while I waited for it to clear out a bit. Self checkout employee told me to park my buggy next to them because you can't take items to food court without receipt. (You also can't leave the store without reciept. So not sure how I would have stolen anything.) Came back within 5 minutes and several things were missing from my cart. Mostly cold things, which makes me assume an employee attempted to restock the cold items. But that was the very location the other employee told me it would be safe.

They need to get more organized at the checkout, it's difficult to get to the registers with people coming from all directions, especially those who take advantage of the situation and cut the line.

I would compare this place to walmart. I mean really does any manager ever walk this store.or is that a thing of the past.i was in your store 12 18 24 hardly any thing had the write price on it. And I got to the register and of coarse like many times it rung 10 dollars more than was on shelve the cashier went to check the price well she came back and told that was the correct price I told her to keep it.then I went back to see if I missed something. Where over heard a manager fussing at associate about wrong prices. Belive me when I tell you I will think long and hard about renewing my membership.
