This Courtyard has mosly pleasent and professional staff. The room was average, and the 2 times I stayed here in September, October-November, the rooms were ok. The only real issue I have is with being quoted one rate and changed fluctuating rates over 11 nights, absolutely NEVER experienced this before. While expecting to spend $1,400 I spent almost $2,800, with aome excuse that they have been doing this for a long time. I will NEVER stay at a Marriott and I am cancelling my Bonvoy Membership.

Clean,nice rooms, very quiet even though it was operating @ almost full capacity. Nice exercise room with flat screens on the treadmills & wall as well. Very knowledgeable & friendly staff. I'd recommend this place to any & everyone!!!!!👍🏿

Only reasons I don't think it was 5stars for the room was the shower drain wasnt working and the water stayed in the bottom of the shower and felt a little gross even once I got cleaned my feet were then standing in dirty water and who knows what else and the TVs are not smart TVs which you would think now they all should be especially with the rates they are charging their guests. But other than those it was a pleasant stay

This hotel is clean, quiet, and located in a great location.
Rooms: My room had two queen beds. So comfortable that I slept soundly all night. The shower was strong and hot. The iron and ironing board were clean. There was a coffee pot in the room and a refrigerator that were clean and in good working order.

Definitely would stay here again! The hotel was very clean and the staff were super nice and friendly. The hotel is a 10 minute easy drive to downtown Augusta.

This was the place I needed. The suites are nice, spacious, and clean. The staff is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this Courtyard.

Edna and Sam were exceptional team members of the Courtyard. Accommodating, helpful with exceptional attitudes and great effort. Beds are a little firm for me,but plenty of pillows and a super air conditioner during the weeklong heat wave when I was there. Nice room for a week! Even nicer people to help me.
