I tried to pay for the sample when I took it in but they said they would call and I could give it over the phone. This was a rush sample, so I am paying triple. I know it is a holiday weekend, but given the high price, I would hope someone would be available to call and give me a report and email the report that I need post haste. After all, that is the reason for the triple charge I believe. They are likely overworked since they seem to be the only lab in town to test water samples, but I have been very disappointed. I have used them in the past with no problem, but I'm not happy with the customer service this time for sure. I don't have the results because they wont' provide until I pay, and I can't get anyone on the phone so I can pay. Meanwhile, I have a real estate closing that may not happen because of this delay.
