This is THE BEST financial services place in the CSRA. I've had other supposed "experts" in the past however the knowledge, professionalism, care and assistance given from this establishment quickly has my stamp of approval! Kind-hearted, fair and KEEPS YOU OUTTA TROUBLE by filing per the guidelines. :) Not to mention treating and addressing my needs like family instead of a customer/client.

I personally felt uncomfortable with some of the questions asked about my personal life. She may not have meant any harm, but I did not like the questions nor the statements made regarding my situation. Kind of glad I forgot the paperwork needed to start the process today because I got a chance to decide whether to continue services or not and get a feel of who I am dealing with. Not a good experience for me.
