This CVS is a modest store across from a medical complex with an okay selection of basic medications and over-the-counter needs. Customer service experiences vary widely. Some staff are described as excellent, very helpful, sweet, and amazing, exceeding at their jobs by resolving issues quickly. However, other experiences include long waits due to unprofessional personal conversations between employees or confusion when assisting with transactions. The store has basic self-checkouts. While it can meet some needs, the service is inconsistent.
I have only had one problem with CVS, but it's with the young girl at the window not anything else. We were waiting in line & she saw us, but closed the window on us for lunch, after we had been waiting for twenty plus minutes. Very impolite...

I don’t know who the older white male pharmacist is, but CVS needs to THANK HIM! From a pharmacy I use to despise, to the most flawless pharmacy experience I’ve ever had!! Highly recommended!! Very short on words, but he is working that pharmacy!!
