I absolutely hate these people with a passion every time I come to get my meds they never know anything! They never have my meds ready or it's wrong!!!!!! Yall need to shut down and let other places serve the people! Fire everyone and hire new employees! Yall pharmacy sucks!

I am not sure why a Google review is needed. I just completed the survey. But just like the rest of the CVS in Augusta the service on Washington rd is just as terrible and the pharmacy team is just as bad. Front store workers are never openly aware when you walk in so you are standing at the counter for awhile before being acknowledged

My prescriptions took over 1.5 weeks to be refilled. No sense of urgency or a care in the world that I have been waiting.

The people in the pharmacy are rude. They are very unprofessional and don't answer questions clearly. They don't admit when they make mistakes.

If Ms. Kenya is there, I know without a doubt I will have a great, outstanding and wonderful experience, she is absolutely pleasant and is always super sweet and helpful. From the time I walk in, to when I'm out the door. Ms. Kenya is just amazing. I would give all the stars and great reviews just for her!! Thank you, thank you!!

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I received from “ Anne.” On October 10th I visited the store to make an exchange. Anne was very rude and unhelpful. She told me that she couldn’t exchange one of the items because there was nothing to scan. This item in particular didn’t come in a box. The original plastic wrap was gone but she was able to look up the purchase with my card and she still wouldn’t allow the exchange. What I remember most is how dismissive she was. I frequent CVS as this is my preferred pharmacy. I may need to make a change.Dya Griffith

Not sure how it goes at night, but we used the minute clinic. They were helpful, nice, and fair. I will definitely use it again.

CVS minute clinic showed an online appointment available for 1:10 showed up at 1:05 with no one waiting and was told I need to drive back across town and come back after 2:15 because they are going to lunch early

I've been using this pharmacy for almost two years. I've never had them not answer the phone. Noone has ever been rude or with me. I been getting my perscription filled weekly the last few months and its usually ready within 2 to 4 hours. I use the app to order and I love it. If it's been two hours sense you had perscription sent over or you are in a hurry or they are running behind and you can't wait then you can just go get in the pick up line and they will get it ready within 15 mins or so. I've never had a problem.

Pharmacist and technicians are rude and lack basic competence in customer service.
