Slow! Waited 3 hours and went up there prescription was not filled. The older light skinned lady had a nasty attitude.They need to get some people who care about their job in to replace the ones that don’t.

When you get into the drive thru line at 1:05 and there are 2 cars in front of you and by the time you can pull up it’s 1:30 on the dot and all you get is please come back we are at lunch 😒

They take forever to fill your prescription and you if you go inside to pick up Your medications you have to stand in a long line because they never have but one cashier working and if you go through the drive through then you have to wait in a long line because they are so slow inside

I would give this CVS drive through a 0 if I could. There is always a wait time, but the last few times has been terrible. The guy working the drive through window now is just awful. No personality, slow and rude. Today I had to drive away after waiting AT THE WINDOW for almost 10 minutes and he never even acknowledged me. He was answering calls and waiting on other people at the counter.

First and last time here. So shoutout Whoever the female was at Drive-Thru pharmacy after coming back from lunch break. You were very rude I'm literally just coming back from surgery so excuse me if my prescriptions didn't get called in (as it should have), excuse me for being an inconvenience because I pulled in DT at 1:50 and was there waiting when you unblock the window. Excuse me that you said it would be ready only to come back at that time and after receiving a message it was ready for pickup and to get there and note said system down!! BARNEY'S CAME THROUGH BIG TIME AND HAD MY MEDICINE READY IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!!!

CVS cashier Hannah and the manager that were working on the morning of June 18, 2024 8:26 am need to do better. Nice try, anyway appreciate you correcting your attempt of whatever you and your partner in crime were attempting but no contributions to Checkers Big Bufords add xtra bacon, and ah order of loaded cheddar checker fries today. I guess you figured out threatening to call the police wasn't going to work, I wasn't going anywhere. Augusta CVS Customers don't make any debit deposit transactions here when these two are here. Oh yeah I confirmed with your corporate they agreed that you guys don't physically swipe customers debit cards and the receipt says deposit not bill payment Hannah when deposits are made, and ya'll only scan the barcode from your phone when depositing. Thanks again for correcting the discrepancy after seeing that I was not leaving until LEO arrived. Yeah thought ya'll had one, but nope not at all ??✊?. When I called corporate to tell them how the manager and the cashier was very unprofessional with their dialogue and and verbiage they don't care, all the lady said was they do care and that they get a lot of complaints about this store. When I asked why if they receive so many complaints why don't they fix the problem she got quiet and really had no reply.

The only complaint I have at the CVS store on peach orchard Road in South Augusta Georgia, is that the pricing is about a Dollar too much on everything. If they could go down on their drinks I mean they're selling 1 Liter 1/4 Coca-Cola's there for $1.99 I think they should be marked down to 0.99 ¢. Because you know how much 2 liter drinks cost right I mean at the highest convenience store in town they cost about around $2 the same as what you're selling a 1 Liter 1/4 FOR.
Now don't get me wrong your store is an excellent store. And I wouldn't say anything else bad about it. But this survey is for this so you guys can listen to your customers right? Well I'm a customer and I really think the price needs to drop a dollar on everything you have in the store. I know that's hard to do when you running a place but yeah man you've got to show people that y'all care too!
The store is really clean I love the cleanliness of the store! And I think the stockers are doing a great job on blocking the shelves. And also your energy drinks has to come down about 50 cents. I'm talking about the monster drinks.
That's all I got time to talk about right now but you guys keep doing a great job okay.

Usually when I go up to CVS to get any prescription medication, there is a literal change of atmosphere from the front of the store to the back. It's not for lack of ventilation.
Visualize that with every step towards the Pharmacy, you are being repelled by the stench of apathy and indifference that it emits. Each step sapping more energy than simply going home.
When it's your turn in line its: "Name, date of birth, spell the last name, date of birth. The medicine is this much."
Only when you hear the price, do you realize that this prescription is wrong.
FYI: Being able to speak with the pharmacist is more rare than hitting the lottery.
The reason that we've been using them, has been because of vacinity, not value. So, with that I anticipated that today would be another arduous encounter in the CVS Pharmacy department.
Ritualistically, I pull into a parking spot, and get myself mentally prepared to go get my spouse's prescription from the pharmacy.
Today, to my surprise was a pleasant change from the norm.
While I was waiting in line at the pharmacy, a young lady approached the register. She asked me for the name, and date of birth of the prescription owner. Afterwards, she asked me to wait so that I could speak with the pharmacist.
As I waited to the left the line, an older gentleman walked up to the register. He was met by a young lady in scrubs that explained in intricate detail symptoms of distress, why, and what to do if such happens.
I asked was she the Pharmacist, and her reply was, "Yes."
I don't usually write reviews, but Dr. L. Lawson-Fields deserves her flowers for being hands on, and exuding compassion for the community of which she serves.
She deserves a RAISE!!!

The store attendant was extremely helpful and patient with me. She provided excellent customer service and even though the store was about to close she patiently waited until I got what I needed and then assisted me with signing up for their rewards program at the very last minutes of her shift so that I was able to benefit from the sale on the items I was purchasing. Kudos to her I hate I didn’t catch her name

Id do negative stars if it was possible. Please yall use a different pharmacy. The staff is not that into their consumers as they are your money! Save your time and energy and use Walgreens or sams club... even Walmart!!!
